中韓經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系和建立雙邊FTA的可行性研究

【摘要】：中國與韓國地緣相近，，兩國人民之間的經(jīng)濟文化交流歷史悠久，兩國相近的地理優(yōu)勢，互補的經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)，兩國發(fā)展利益的需要等構(gòu)成了兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)深入合作的前提。 建交20年來，中韓關(guān)系突飛猛進。經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系迅速發(fā)展，中國連續(xù)多年成為韓國最大的貿(mào)易伙伴、最大的出口市場、最大的貿(mào)易順差來源地和最大的投資對象國，韓國已經(jīng)成為中國的第三大貿(mào)易伙伴、第二大進口來源國和第三大出口目的國。當(dāng)前，兩國關(guān)系進入新的歷史時期，中韓自貿(mào)區(qū)的建立備受關(guān)注。中韓兩國期待雙方談判的順利進行，早日完成這一具有歷史意義的龐大工程，但是各種復(fù)雜的干擾因素有可能產(chǎn)生制約和遲滯作用。 本文主要回顧中韓經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的發(fā)展歷程，總結(jié)中韓貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀以及直接投資情況，剖析中韓經(jīng)貿(mào)逆差緣由，預(yù)測雙方經(jīng)貿(mào)的發(fā)展趨勢；從中韓FTA對東亞區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作影響、東亞區(qū)域雙邊自貿(mào)協(xié)定的發(fā)展促進中韓FTA、建立中韓FTA對中韓兩國雙邊貿(mào)易和投資的影響三個方面分析了建立中韓FTA的必要性；從中韓雙邊貿(mào)易不斷增長、投資不斷深化、商品結(jié)構(gòu)存在互補性等9大方面研究建立中韓FTA的有利優(yōu)勢，從中韓雙邊貿(mào)易逆差、貿(mào)易摩擦、敏感產(chǎn)業(yè)開放顧慮等9大方面分了建立中韓FTA的不利影響因素，進而提出加快、促進中韓自貿(mào)區(qū)建立的策略建議。
[Abstract]:The geographical proximity between China and South Korea, the long history of economic and cultural exchanges between the peoples of the two countries, the close geographical advantages of the two countries, the complementary economic structure, and the needs of the development interests of the two countries constitute the prerequisite for in-depth economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations 20 years ago, relations between China and South Korea have advanced by leaps and bounds. Economic and trade relations have developed rapidly. For many years in a row, China has become Korea's largest trading partner, the largest export market, the largest source of trade surplus and the largest target country for investment. South Korea has become China's third largest trading partner. The second largest source of imports and the third largest export destination. At present, the relationship between the two countries has entered a new historical period, and the establishment of the Free Trade Zone between China and South Korea has attracted much attention. China and South Korea expect the negotiation between the two sides to proceed smoothly and finish this huge project of historic significance as soon as possible, but various complicated interference factors may have the effect of restriction and delay. This paper reviews the development of Sino-Korean economic and trade relations, summarizes the current situation of Sino-Korean trade and direct investment, analyzes the cause of Sino-Korean trade deficit, forecasts the development trend of bilateral economic and trade, and analyzes the impact of FTA on the regional economic cooperation in East Asia. The development of East Asia regional bilateral free trade agreement promotes the establishment of FTA, between China and South Korea the influence of FTA on bilateral trade and investment between China and South Korea is analyzed in three aspects: the necessity of establishing FTA between China and South Korea, the increasing of bilateral trade between China and South Korea, and the deepening of investment. This paper studies the favorable advantages of establishing FTA in China and South Korea from 9 aspects, such as the complementarity of commodity structure, the bilateral trade deficit between China and Korea, trade frictions, and the worries about the opening of sensitive industries, and points out the adverse factors affecting the establishment of FTA between China and South Korea, and then puts forward the idea of speeding up the establishment of FTA. To promote the establishment of a free trade zone between China and South Korea strategic recommendations.
