【摘要】：縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基本組成單元和重要組成部分，是連接城市經(jīng)濟(jì)與農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的橋梁。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的背景下，縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)要取得健康快速發(fā)展，就要立足縣情，利用資源稟賦，發(fā)揮區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)，發(fā)揮特色優(yōu)勢(shì)，發(fā)展特色經(jīng)濟(jì)。發(fā)展特色經(jīng)濟(jì)，特色資源是基礎(chǔ)，特色產(chǎn)品是核心，特色技術(shù)是支撐.特色產(chǎn)業(yè)是依托⑴。分析研究縣域特色經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，要注重一下三個(gè)層次：一是分析區(qū)域的自然環(huán)境、社會(huì)條件和區(qū)位條件等；二是運(yùn)用定性的方法分析現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)品、產(chǎn)業(yè)等經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況，運(yùn)用定量的分析方法，選擇特色產(chǎn)業(yè)，發(fā)揮比較優(yōu)勢(shì)，發(fā)展特色經(jīng)濟(jì)；三是圍繞特色產(chǎn)品、產(chǎn)業(yè)，對(duì)特色經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康有序發(fā)展提出建議和對(duì)策。 特色經(jīng)濟(jì)是經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)、人地理學(xué)和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)，針對(duì)特定區(qū)域特色經(jīng)濟(jì)的研究具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。章丘市位于山東省中部，是山東省會(huì)濟(jì)南的副中心城市，有“小泉城”的美譽(yù)。境內(nèi)有明水經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)（已升級(jí)為國家級(jí)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)^u發(fā)區(qū)）、百脈泉旅游景區(qū)（全球優(yōu)秀生態(tài)旅游景區(qū)）、章丘大蔥等特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、錦屏山影視文化產(chǎn)業(yè)基地(山東最大的影視基地）等優(yōu)勢(shì)條件和資源，為章丘市特色經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。本文在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用定量分析、定性分析、實(shí)證分析、文獻(xiàn)分析等方法，全面分析了章丘市的現(xiàn)有資源和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，并對(duì)章丘市特色產(chǎn)業(yè)和特色經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展提出了建議。研究章丘市特色經(jīng)濟(jì)的培育和發(fā)展具有十分重要的理論意義和實(shí)際意義。 本論文共包括六章，分為三大部分： 第一部分是第一章，簡(jiǎn)要論述了本文的研究背景、研究目的和研究意義。介紹了國內(nèi)外研究狀況，本文的研究方法、可能的創(chuàng)新之處和技術(shù)路線。 第二部分是第二章至第五章，對(duì)特色經(jīng)濟(jì)的相關(guān)理論和概念進(jìn)行了梳理，并從自然環(huán)境、資源條件、民族歷史文化、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀等方面系統(tǒng)分析了章丘市發(fā)展特色經(jīng)濟(jì)的條件。建立了判別章丘市特色產(chǎn)業(yè)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)，提出特色經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展方向和空間布局，對(duì)章丘市發(fā)展特色經(jīng)濟(jì)提出具體的措施和建議。 第三部分是第六章，，對(duì)前五章進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，并指出研究的不足之處。
[Abstract]:County economy is a basic unit and an important part of national economy and a bridge connecting urban economy and rural economy. Under the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration, it is necessary for county economy to develop healthily and rapidly. It is necessary to base on the county situation, make use of resource endowment, give full play to location advantage, give play to characteristic advantage, and develop characteristic economy. Develop characteristic economy, characteristic resource is foundation, characteristic product is core, characteristic technology is support. Characteristic industry is relying on 1. To analyze and study the development of the economy with county characteristics, we should pay attention to the following three levels: first, to analyze the natural environment, social conditions and location conditions of the region; second, to use qualitative methods to analyze the economic situation of existing products, industries, etc. Using quantitative analysis method, choosing characteristic industry, giving play to comparative advantage and developing characteristic economy; third, putting forward suggestions and countermeasures for healthy and orderly development of characteristic economy around characteristic products and industries. Characteristic economy is a hot topic in the study of economic geography, human geography and economics. Zhangqiu City is located in the middle of Shandong Province, is the capital of Jinan, Shandong Province, a sub-central city, with a "small Springs City" reputation. There are special agricultural products such as Mingshui Economic Development Zone (which has been upgraded to a state-level economic and technological development area), Baijiquan tourist area (a global excellent ecotourism area), Zhangqiu scallions and other special agricultural products, The advantages and resources of Jinping Mountain Film and Television Industry Base (Shandong's largest film and television base) have laid a good foundation for the development of Zhangqiu's characteristic economy. On the basis of theoretical analysis, using quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, empirical analysis, literature analysis and other methods, this paper comprehensively analyzes the existing resources and social and economic development of Zhangqiu. And put forward the suggestion to Zhangqiu characteristic industry and characteristic economy development. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the cultivation and development of Zhangqiu's characteristic economy. This thesis consists of six chapters, which are divided into three parts: the first part is the first chapter, briefly discusses the research background, research purposes and research significance. This paper introduces the research situation at home and abroad, the research methods, possible innovations and technical routes. The second part is the second to the fifth chapters, combing the relevant theories and concepts of characteristic economy, and from the natural environment, resource conditions, national history and culture, Social and economic situation and other aspects of a systematic analysis of Zhangqiu characteristics of the development of economic conditions. The evaluation index of characteristic industry in Zhangqiu city is established, the development direction and spatial layout of characteristic economy are put forward, and the concrete measures and suggestions for developing characteristic economy in Zhangqiu city are put forward. The third part is the sixth chapter, summarizes the first five chapters, and points out the deficiencies of the study.
