【摘要】：金融危機(jī)后,支持我國(guó)過(guò)去經(jīng)濟(jì)高速增長(zhǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)性因素發(fā)生變化了。而新的結(jié)構(gòu)性因素正處于形成之中,表現(xiàn)為消費(fèi)在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中的比例不斷提高、居民收入不斷增加、服務(wù)業(yè)比重增長(zhǎng)速度超過(guò)了工業(yè)、創(chuàng)新能力不斷提升和中西部經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨于平衡等方面。調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu),轉(zhuǎn)方式是未來(lái)尋找新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)的關(guān)鍵舉措,更是當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新常態(tài)。針對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài),本文提出7個(gè)方面關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式的思考和建議。
[Abstract]:Following the financial crisis, the structural factors that supported China's past rapid economic growth have changed. And new structural factors are taking shape, as the proportion of consumption in economic growth continues to rise, the income of residents continues to increase, and the proportion of service industries grows faster than that of industry. Innovation ability continues to improve and the central and western economic development tends to balance, and so on. Adjusting structure and changing mode is the key measure to find new economic growth point in the future, and it is also the new normal of current economic development. In view of the new normal state of economy, this paper puts forward seven aspects of thinking and suggestions on changing the mode of development.
