【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放30年來(lái),中國(guó)各省區(qū)都大力吸引外商直接投資,其不僅能通過(guò)增加實(shí)物資本,而且還能通過(guò)技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)來(lái)促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)。本文利用1985-2012年貴州的時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證考察了FDI對(duì)貴州省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,貴州省吸引的FDI每增加1%,貴州省的總產(chǎn)出會(huì)增長(zhǎng)0.494%;貴州省吸引的FDI與全社會(huì)固定資產(chǎn)投資額的比重每提高1個(gè)百分點(diǎn),則貴州省的總產(chǎn)出會(huì)提高4.13%,這種溢出效應(yīng)是通過(guò)技術(shù)溢出、前后向關(guān)聯(lián)、人員流動(dòng)等途徑來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, all provinces and regions in China have made great efforts to attract foreign direct investment, which can not only increase physical capital, but also promote the growth of local economy through technology spillover effect. Based on the time series data of Guizhou from 1985 to 2012, this paper empirically investigates the influence of FDI on the economic growth of Guizhou province. The empirical results show that the total output of Guizhou Province will increase by 0.494 for each increase of FDI attracted by Guizhou Province, and the proportion of FDI attracted by Guizhou Province and the investment in fixed assets of the whole society will increase by 1 percentage point. The total output of Guizhou Province will be increased by 4.13%, and the spillover effect is realized through technology spillover, backward correlation, personnel flow and so on.
