【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),資本在全球范圍內(nèi)的跨國(guó)流動(dòng)是其體現(xiàn)形式。外商直接投資使得各種資源在全球范圍內(nèi)得到優(yōu)化配置,還調(diào)整了資本流入國(guó)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),并促進(jìn)該國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。因此,世界各國(guó)尤其是發(fā)展中國(guó)家都在制定各種政策來(lái)吸引FDI,進(jìn)而對(duì)影響外商直接投資區(qū)位分布原因的研究越來(lái)越多,并產(chǎn)生了很多FDI決定理論。世界上最大的兩個(gè)發(fā)展中國(guó)家就是中國(guó)和印度是,20世紀(jì)90年代初開(kāi)始,中印開(kāi)始采取政策以吸引FDI,希望通過(guò)利用外資加快國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。現(xiàn)在中、印已是全球最具吸引FDI能力的國(guó)家。中、印在吸引FDI上有著很多類似之處,但是也存在較大差距,如吸收FDI數(shù)量、FDI來(lái)源地、FDI流入行業(yè)等。 本文共由六章構(gòu)成,第一章是引言,引言介紹了論文的研究背景,研究目的與意義以及本文的研究思路、主要內(nèi)容,還有論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與不足。第二章是相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)整理,分別總結(jié)了外商直接投資理論、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究比較中、印利用FDI的論文以及FDI對(duì)東道國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)影響的文章。第三章重點(diǎn)比較了中印利用FDI的現(xiàn)狀,其中包括兩國(guó)利用FDI流入量,FDI來(lái)源國(guó)家及地區(qū)、FDI投向的產(chǎn)業(yè),以及投資方式。第四章運(yùn)用計(jì)量模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,首先運(yùn)用最小二乘法進(jìn)行回歸分析,然后運(yùn)用協(xié)整分析與格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)找到FDI和這兩者的長(zhǎng)期經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系,最后進(jìn)行比較分析,得出結(jié)論。第五章研究分析FDI對(duì)中印經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)貢獻(xiàn)差異的原因。第六章針對(duì)以上研究,提出中國(guó)利用FDI借鑒印度經(jīng)驗(yàn)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization is the trend of world economic development, and the transnational flow of capital in the global scope is its embodiment. Foreign direct investment (FDI) optimizes the allocation of all kinds of resources in the world, adjusts the industrial structure of the capital inflow countries, and promotes the economic growth of the country. Therefore, many countries in the world, especially developing countries, are making various policies to attract FDI, and then study the reasons that affect the location distribution of FDI more and more, and have produced a lot of FDI decision theory. The two largest developing countries in the world, China and India, began in the early 1990s to adopt policies to attract FDI, to accelerate domestic economic development by using foreign capital. India is now the world's most attractive country for FDI. China, India has many similarities in attracting FDI, but there is also a big gap, such as the amount of FDI to be absorbed and the inflow of FDI into the industry and so on. This paper is composed of six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the introduction introduces the research background, the purpose and significance of the research, the main contents of this paper, as well as the innovative points and shortcomings of the paper. The second chapter summarizes the theory of foreign direct investment (FDI), the domestic and international research and comparison, the thesis of FDI and the influence of FDI on the host country's economy. The third chapter mainly compares the current situation of FDI utilization between China and India, including the industries and investment patterns of the countries and regions that use the FDI inflow. The fourth chapter uses econometric model to carry on the empirical research, first uses the least square method to carry on the regression analysis, then uses the cointegration analysis and the Granger causality test to find the FDI and these two long-term economic relations, finally carries on the comparative analysis, draws the conclusion. Chapter five analyzes the reasons why FDI contributes to the economic growth of China and India. The sixth chapter puts forward the policy suggestions of using FDI to learn from India's experience.
