【摘要】：創(chuàng)新型國家建設已經成為中國經濟社會發(fā)展中心任務,根據(jù)我國現(xiàn)階段創(chuàng)新型國家建設的新特征,構建創(chuàng)新型國家建設評價指標,不斷提高和優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新水平,建立系統(tǒng)、完整的三級評價指標體系,在此基礎上,通過建立國家創(chuàng)新體系優(yōu)化模型,運用相關檢測方法,針對我國創(chuàng)新型優(yōu)化指數(shù),通過評價分析,研究我國創(chuàng)新型國家建設的優(yōu)化程度以及建設中所存在的缺陷,為建設創(chuàng)新型國家、優(yōu)化國家創(chuàng)新體系,為創(chuàng)新型國家建設提供科學依據(jù),為提高我國創(chuàng)新能力提出對策。
[Abstract]:The construction of an innovative country has become the central task of China's economic and social development. According to the new characteristics of China's current construction of an innovative country, the evaluation index of the construction of an innovative country is constructed, and the level of innovation is constantly raised and optimized, and a system is established. A complete three-level evaluation index system. On this basis, through the establishment of the national innovation system optimization model, the use of relevant testing methods, aiming at China's innovative optimization index, through evaluation and analysis, This paper studies the optimization degree and defects in the construction of China's innovative country, provides the scientific basis for the construction of the innovative country, optimizes the national innovation system, and puts forward the countermeasures for improving the innovation ability of our country.
