【摘要】："四化"同步發(fā)展既是中國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù),又是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要動力。在借鑒國外"四化"協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,有針對性地提出西部地區(qū)"四化"同步發(fā)展的建議,包括以信息化破解基底條件制約,引領(lǐng)"四化"協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展;以工業(yè)化升級帶動產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型,推動"四化"同步發(fā)展;以城鎮(zhèn)特色化聚合動力機制,提升"四化"統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展;以農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化完善突破抓手,平衡"四化"穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The synchronous development of the four modernizations is not only a strategic task of China's modernization, but also an important driving force for the healthy and sustainable development of regional economy and society. Based on the experience of the coordinated development of the "four modernizations" in foreign countries, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the synchronous development of the "four modernizations" in the western region, including solving the constraints of the basic conditions by using information technology to lead the coordinated development of the "four modernizations"; To promote the transformation of industry with the upgrading of industrialization, to promote the synchronous development of the "four modernizations"; to promote the overall development of the "four modernizations" by means of the dynamic mechanism of characteristic aggregation of cities and towns; and to balance the steady development of the "four modernizations" by making breakthroughs in the improvement of agricultural modernization.
