【摘要】：本文研究的主要目的是通過數(shù)學(xué)建模，采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較分析法、理論研究法、宏微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)分析法以及實證分析方法相結(jié)合，從陜西省就業(yè)總量以及三次產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)總量兩個方面實證分析陜西省技術(shù)進(jìn)步對就業(yè)的具體影響。 首先，本文在國內(nèi)外研究的基礎(chǔ)上，從技術(shù)進(jìn)步相關(guān)理論、就業(yè)相關(guān)理論、技術(shù)進(jìn)步對就業(yè)影響理論三個方面進(jìn)行理論闡述，，并對技術(shù)進(jìn)步以及就業(yè)的概念就行總結(jié)。同時，分別從技術(shù)進(jìn)步影響就業(yè)總量以及就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)兩個方面的作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行具體分析。 其次，針對陜西省技術(shù)進(jìn)步與就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行具體分析。一是介紹陜西省技術(shù)進(jìn)步的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題，從積極、消極兩方面進(jìn)行剖析；二是分析陜西省就業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題，特別是從三次產(chǎn)業(yè)和農(nóng)村、城鎮(zhèn)等方面詳細(xì)分析當(dāng)前陜西省就業(yè)嚴(yán)峻形勢，為第七章提出關(guān)于推動陜西省技術(shù)進(jìn)步促進(jìn)就業(yè)的對策和建議奠定基礎(chǔ)。 再次，在技術(shù)進(jìn)步對就業(yè)影響數(shù)學(xué)建模的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用Eviews6.0軟件，根據(jù)1978-2010年統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)，采用了平穩(wěn)性檢驗、協(xié)整檢驗、格蘭杰因果檢驗、回歸分析、誤差修正模型、灰色關(guān)聯(lián)等多種分析方法，分別從陜西省就業(yè)總量影響因素的相關(guān)性分析、陜西省技術(shù)進(jìn)步對就業(yè)總量的影響評價分析以及陜西省技術(shù)進(jìn)步對三次產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)總量的影響評價分析三個方面進(jìn)行實證分析，并得出相應(yīng)結(jié)論，以期為推動陜西省技術(shù)進(jìn)步促進(jìn)就業(yè)提供理論依據(jù)。 最后，結(jié)合實證結(jié)論提出相應(yīng)的對策與建議。從技術(shù)體系建立完善角度，提出建立準(zhǔn)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新體系、強(qiáng)化企業(yè)在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中的主體地位、推動科技成果向生產(chǎn)力轉(zhuǎn)化、鼓勵支持高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展；從適當(dāng)發(fā)展勞動密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)角度，提出加強(qiáng)宏觀調(diào)控和引導(dǎo)、營造良好的市場環(huán)境、為農(nóng)民外出務(wù)工創(chuàng)造良好就業(yè)環(huán)境；從大力發(fā)展第三產(chǎn)業(yè)角度，提出因地制宜發(fā)展第三產(chǎn)業(yè)、豐富第三產(chǎn)業(yè)所有制形式、務(wù)實發(fā)展第三產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of this paper is to combine the methods of literature research, comparative analysis, theoretical research, macro and micro economic analysis and empirical analysis through mathematical modeling. This paper empirically analyzes the impact of technological progress on employment in Shaanxi Province from two aspects: the total employment volume of Shaanxi Province and the total employment volume of three industries. Firstly, based on the research at home and abroad, this paper expounds the theories of technology progress, employment and the influence of technology progress on employment, and summarizes the concepts of technology progress and employment. At the same time, the mechanism of the influence of technological progress on total employment and employment structure is analyzed in detail. Secondly, the technical progress and employment situation in Shaanxi Province are analyzed. The first is to introduce the present situation and existing problems of technological progress in Shaanxi Province, and to analyze the positive and negative aspects; the second is to analyze the present situation and existing problems of employment in Shaanxi Province, especially from the three industries and the rural areas. This paper analyzes in detail the severe employment situation in Shaanxi Province from the aspects of cities and towns, and lays a foundation for the seventh chapter to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting technological progress and promoting employment in Shaanxi Province. Thirdly, on the basis of the mathematical modeling of the influence of technological progress on employment, using Eviews6.0 software, according to the statistical data from 1978 to 2010, using the stationary test, cointegration test, Granger causality test, regression analysis, error correction model. Grey correlation and other analysis methods, respectively, from the total employment in Shaanxi Province, the impact factors of the correlation analysis, The impact of technological progress on total employment in Shaanxi Province and the impact of technological progress on the total employment of three industries in Shaanxi Province are analyzed empirically, and the corresponding conclusions are drawn. In order to promote technological progress in Shaanxi Province to promote employment to provide a theoretical basis. Finally, according to the empirical conclusions, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. From the point of view of establishing and perfecting the technological system, this paper puts forward the establishment of the technological innovation system of quasi-market economy, strengthening the main position of enterprises in technological innovation, promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to productive forces, and encouraging and supporting the development of high-tech industries. From the angle of appropriate development of labor-intensive industries, it is proposed to strengthen macro-control and guidance, create a good market environment, create a good employment environment for peasants to work outside the country, and vigorously develop the tertiary industry, It is suggested that the tertiary industry should be developed according to local conditions, the form of ownership of the third industry should be enriched, and the basis of the third industry should be developed pragmatically.
