【摘要】：在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)下尋求租金與在轉(zhuǎn)型中的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)下"尋求租金"存在著根本的差異,許多尋租文獻(xiàn)卻沒(méi)有認(rèn)識(shí)到這種差異的重要性。在計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)和轉(zhuǎn)型中的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)中的許多行為,我們可稱(chēng)之為"尋求余金"。本文旨在探討尋求租金和尋求余金的差異及中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)改革從尋求余金到尋求租金的轉(zhuǎn)變所導(dǎo)致的經(jīng)濟(jì)與政治上的動(dòng)態(tài)變化。文章將從對(duì)尋求租金的一般理解著手,深入探究租金和余金之間的差異及最后導(dǎo)致的尋租與尋余之間不同經(jīng)濟(jì)與政治層面的互動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:There is a fundamental difference between seeking rent under the market economy and "seeking rent" under the planned economy, but many rent-seeking documents do not realize the importance of this difference. In the planned economy and in the transition of the planned economy, we can call many of the "seek surplus money." The purpose of this paper is to discuss the difference between seeking rent and seeking surplus money and the dynamic changes in economy and politics caused by the change from seeking surplus to seeking rent in China's economic reform. From the general understanding of seeking rent, the paper will explore the difference between rent and surplus money and the interaction between economic and political aspects of rent-seeking and surplus seeking.
