【摘要】：以科學(xué)發(fā)展為主題，以加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式為主線，是關(guān)系我國發(fā)展全局的戰(zhàn)略抉擇。要適應(yīng)國內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢新變化，就必須要加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式，把推動發(fā)展的立足點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)到提高質(zhì)量和效益上來，著力激發(fā)各類市場主體發(fā)展新活力，著力增強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展新動力，著力構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展新體系，著力培育開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新優(yōu)勢，使經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展更多依靠內(nèi)需特別是消費(fèi)需求拉動，更多依靠現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)和戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動，更多依靠科技進(jìn)步、勞動者素質(zhì)提高、管理創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動，更多依靠節(jié)約資源和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)推動，更多依靠城鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域發(fā)展協(xié)調(diào)互動，不斷增強(qiáng)長期發(fā)展后勁，形成新的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式。 本文以我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式為研究對象，通過對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變歷程的分析，總結(jié)我國在轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式過程中存在的問題，并針對這些問題提出對策，對現(xiàn)階段推動我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變有重要意義。本文共分為五部分： 第一部分：經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的理論概述。這部分主要闡述經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的內(nèi)涵以及我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變歷程和目標(biāo)。 第二部分：轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的重要意義。這部分分析了轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式與科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、改善民生的關(guān)系，闡述了轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式對我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要意義。 第三部分：經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式中存在的問題。這部分主要分析了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式目前仍存在的主要問題，其中包括地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不協(xié)調(diào)，自主創(chuàng)新能力低下，資源環(huán)境的使用存在問題。 第四部分：國外經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及啟示。這部分通過研究國外轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的特點(diǎn)，，在結(jié)合我國實(shí)際情況的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出適合我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的方法。 第五部分：推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的對策。本部分在對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式存在問題的深入研究基礎(chǔ)上，借鑒國外好的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變方法，提出了推進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的對策。
[Abstract]:Taking scientific development as the theme and speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development are the strategic choices related to the overall development of our country. In order to adapt to the new changes in the economic situation at home and abroad, we must speed up the transformation of the mode of economic development, shift the foothold for promoting development to improving quality and efficiency, and strive to stimulate the new vitality of the development of various market players. Efforts will be made to strengthen the new impetus of innovation and development, to build a new system for the development of modern industries, and to foster new advantages in the development of an open economy, so that economic development will rely more on domestic demand, especially on consumer demand. We will rely more on modern service industries and strategic emerging industries, more on scientific and technological progress, improved quality of workers, driven by innovation in management, more driven by conservation of resources and circular economy, and more by coordinated and interactive development between urban and rural areas. We will continue to strengthen our long-term development momentum and form a new mode of economic development. This article takes our country's economic development mode as the research object, through the analysis to our country's economic development mode transformation process, summarizes our country in the transformation economic development mode process existence question, and proposes the countermeasure to these problems, It is of great significance to promote the transformation of the mode of economic development in our country at this stage. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part: the theory of economic development. This part mainly expounds the connotation of the mode of economic development and the transformation course and goal of the mode of economic development of our country. The second part: the significance of changing the mode of economic development. This part analyzes the relationship between changing the mode of economic development and the scientific concept of development, improving the people's livelihood, and expounds the significance of changing the mode of economic development to the social and economic development of our country. The third part: the existing problems in the mode of economic development. This part mainly analyzes the main problems existing in the mode of economic development in China at present, including unreasonable regional economic structure, uncoordinated industrial structure, low independent innovation ability and problems in the use of resources and environment. The fourth part: the experience and enlightenment of foreign economic development mode. By studying the characteristics of changing the mode of economic development in foreign countries, this part sums up the methods suitable for the transformation of the mode of economic development of our country on the basis of the actual situation of our country. Part V: the countermeasures to promote the transformation of economic development mode. Based on the deep study of the problems existing in the mode of economic development in our country, this part puts forward the countermeasures to promote the mode of economic development of our country on the basis of drawing lessons from the good methods of transformation of the mode of economic development in foreign countries.
