【摘要】：正衢州市地處浙江西部,四省通衢,是一個交通發(fā)達的四省邊際中心城市。依托優(yōu)越的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,衢州成為浙江省新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的示范點和培育點,輻射能力強,輻射范圍廣。同時,衢州又是一個生態(tài)之城,她處于浙江人民的母親河錢塘江的源頭,是全國9個生態(tài)良好地區(qū)之一。為認真貫徹落實黨的十八大、十八屆三中全會和浙江省委十三屆五次全會精神,衢州市委六屆六次全體(擴大)會議提出"打造生態(tài)屏障、建設幸福衢州"的戰(zhàn)略目標,以生態(tài)文明建設力促轉(zhuǎn)型升級,努力讓城鄉(xiāng)環(huán)境更美、讓百姓生活更好。
[Abstract]:Located in the west of Zhejiang Province, Quzhou is a marginal center city of four provinces with developed traffic. Relying on the superior location advantage, Quzhou has become a demonstration and cultivation point for the development of new industries in Zhejiang Province, with strong radiation capacity and wide radiation range. At the same time, Quzhou is also an ecological city, which is located at the source of Qiantang River, the mother river of Zhejiang people, and is one of the nine ecologically good areas in China. In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the Fifth Plenary session of the 13th CPC Central Committee of Zhejiang Province, Quzhou Municipal Party Committee put forward the strategic goal of "building ecological barrier and building a happy Quzhou" at the sixth (expanded) plenary meeting of the sixth session of the Quzhou Municipal Party Committee. Promote the transformation and upgrade with the construction of ecological civilization, strive to make the urban and rural environment more beautiful, let the people live a better life.
