【摘要】：金融危機(jī)削弱了西方對世界的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和優(yōu)勢心理,客觀上加快了國際力量的分化與重組,特別是新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體的群體性崛起推動轉(zhuǎn)型期的國際關(guān)系加快趨向于多極國際體系。鑒于國際形勢的新變化和自身國際地位的加強(qiáng),俄羅斯開始明確宣示自己的國際新秩序主張,并積極參與全球及區(qū)域治理機(jī)制,以爭取擴(kuò)大國際體系轉(zhuǎn)型中的話語權(quán)。
[Abstract]:The financial crisis has weakened the leading ability and superiority psychology of the west to the world, and has accelerated the division and reorganization of the international power objectively, especially the group rise of the emerging economy has accelerated the international relations in the transition period to the multipolar international system. In view of the new changes in the international situation and the strengthening of its own international status, Russia has begun to clearly declare its position on the new international order and take an active part in the global and regional governance mechanisms in order to expand its voice in the transformation of the international system.
