【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的過程中,特別是中國加入wT0以后,中國全方位融入并充分抓住機(jī)遇,取得了有目共睹的經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展與繁榮進(jìn)步,但盛世之中潛藏著的風(fēng)險與危機(jī)卻越來越大。透視國力漸強(qiáng)的今日中國,在繁榮中安全危機(jī)浮動,金融、信息、貿(mào)易、產(chǎn)業(yè)、生態(tài)、人才等安全問題日益凸顯。本文正是基于這一背景,將全球化的影響與中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的關(guān)系作為研究對象,試圖探索全球化時代中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)安全問題,以實現(xiàn)中國國家利益的最大化,從根本上維護(hù)中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)安全。 本文共分六章,每章的主要內(nèi)容分別如下： 第一章主要針對全球化背景下中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全問題的主要相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行全面、詳實的解讀與界定,論述了中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的提出、內(nèi)涵及外延,以及中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的存在狀態(tài)分析,這為本文的深入研究打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。 第二章主要論述了全球化背景下中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的理論基礎(chǔ)。通過對馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家、中國特色社會主義理論體系、西方學(xué)者等關(guān)于國家經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的理論分析,揭示了經(jīng)濟(jì)安全在國家安全中的重要性,這為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全研究提供了深厚的理論基礎(chǔ)和前提條件。 第三章主要分析了全球化背景下中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的特點與影響因素。分析了全球化背景下中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的特點,通過對全球化背景下中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的影響因素分析,論述了美國、歐盟、俄羅斯、日本、東南亞等典型國家與區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)安全觀,以及各國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全觀對我國的啟示。 第四章概括總結(jié)了全球化在對中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。以全球化影響中國國家經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的途徑為鋪墊,從提供發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的良好外部環(huán)境的可能、利用世界上各種要素資源的機(jī)會、有利于提高中國的國際地位論述了全球化給中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全帶來的機(jī)遇；從風(fēng)險防范難度加大、國際壟斷勢力對產(chǎn)業(yè)安全構(gòu)成威脅、經(jīng)濟(jì)依附性可能增強(qiáng)的挑戰(zhàn)、全球范圍資源與市場競爭的挑戰(zhàn)等方面分析了全球化給中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全帶來的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。 第五章著重分析了中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全體系及其現(xiàn)狀。主要從金融、信息、貿(mào)易、產(chǎn)業(yè)、生態(tài)、人才等六個方面全面分析了中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全體系,并逐一解析了全球化背景下中國經(jīng)濟(jì)在此六方面面臨的安全風(fēng)險及其成因。 第六章主要論述維護(hù)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的有效路徑。從加強(qiáng)宏觀調(diào)控,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展,以及樹立正確的經(jīng)濟(jì)安全理念入手,剖析了國民經(jīng)濟(jì)安全意識和正確的經(jīng)濟(jì)安全觀對中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的重要性,從國內(nèi)、國際兩方面分析了維護(hù)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的具體措施�？傊�,立足國內(nèi),以發(fā)展促經(jīng)濟(jì)安全與融入世界,提高抵御國際經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險的能力是中國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的必由之路。
[Abstract]:In the process of economic globalization, especially after China's entry into wT0, China has integrated and fully grasped the opportunity in all directions, and has made obvious rapid economic development and prosperity and progress, but the risks and crises hidden in the prosperous times are becoming bigger and bigger. In today's prosperous China, the security problems such as financial, information, trade, industry, ecology, talent and so on have become increasingly prominent. Based on this background, this paper studies the relationship between the impact of globalization and China's economic security, and tries to explore China's economic security in the era of globalization in order to maximize the national interests of China. Fundamentally safeguard China's economic security. This paper is divided into six chapters. The main contents of each chapter are as follows: the first chapter mainly focuses on the main related concepts of China's economic security under the background of globalization. This paper discusses the proposition, connotation and extension of China's economic security, as well as the analysis of the existing state of China's economic security, which lays a solid foundation for the further study of this paper. The second chapter mainly discusses the theoretical basis of China's economic security under the background of globalization. The importance of economic security in national security is revealed through theoretical analysis of Marxist classical writers, theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, western scholars, etc. This provides a profound theoretical basis and preconditions for the study of China's economic security. The third chapter mainly analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of China's economic security under the background of globalization. This paper analyzes the characteristics of China's economic security under the background of globalization, and discusses the economic security views of typical countries and regions such as the United States, the European Union, Russia, Japan and Southeast Asia through the analysis of the influencing factors of China's economic security under the background of globalization. As well as the national economic security concept to our country's enlightenment. Chapter four summarizes the opportunities and challenges of globalization to China's economic security. To pave the way for globalization to affect the national economic security of China, from the possibility of providing a good external environment for the development of the economy, and to take advantage of the world's various essential resources, This paper discusses the opportunities that globalization brings to China's economic security, including the challenge of increasing the difficulty of risk prevention, the threat of international monopoly forces to industrial security, and the possible enhancement of economic dependence. This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by globalization to China's economic security in terms of the challenges of global resources and market competition. The fifth chapter focuses on the analysis of China's economic security system and its current situation. This paper analyzes China's economic security system from six aspects, such as finance, information, trade, industry, ecology and talents, and analyzes the security risks and causes of the six aspects in the context of globalization. The sixth chapter mainly discusses the effective way to maintain China's economic security. Starting with strengthening macro-control, promoting healthy economic development and establishing correct economic security concept, this paper analyzes the importance of national economic security consciousness and correct economic security concept to China's economic security. Two aspects of the international analysis of the maintenance of China's economic security specific measures. In a word, it is the only way for China's economic security to base itself on domestic, to promote economic security by development and to integrate into the world, and to improve the ability to resist international economic risks.
