【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中不可避免的現(xiàn)象。作為環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的核心，京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展，已成為繼長(zhǎng)三角與珠三角之后的第三經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)極。但是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在著顯著的不平衡性，，二元結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)象明顯。本文研究的主要目的是分析京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異情況，及造成這種差異的影響因素，為縮小京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異提供建議。針對(duì)課題的特點(diǎn)采用定性與定量相結(jié)合、規(guī)范與實(shí)證相結(jié)合的研究方法。 首先，回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異及影響因素的研究成果，對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異概念進(jìn)行了界定，對(duì)與論文密切相關(guān)的區(qū)域非均衡發(fā)展理論進(jìn)行了較為深入的分析。 其次，利用單一指標(biāo)和綜合指標(biāo)體系兩種方法對(duì)京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異進(jìn)行全面、客觀的研究。使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、變異系數(shù)、Theil系數(shù)等指標(biāo)對(duì)京津冀區(qū)域人均GDP的差異現(xiàn)狀和歷史演進(jìn)進(jìn)行分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上，利用主成分分析法對(duì)京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異進(jìn)行綜合分析，得出京津冀各市經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力綜合評(píng)價(jià)值。結(jié)果表明，京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合水平極不平衡，地域差異性比較顯著，絕對(duì)差異逐步擴(kuò)大，相對(duì)差異緩慢縮小。 再次，對(duì)京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異形成的影響因素進(jìn)行分析，利用panel data模型對(duì)各因素與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行計(jì)量分析，計(jì)算出各自對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的影響貢獻(xiàn)度。結(jié)果表明資本投入、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、對(duì)外開放程度均與京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)顯著正相關(guān)，但影響程度不同。其中第三產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值是導(dǎo)致區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的主要因素。 最后，結(jié)合相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論和京津冀的實(shí)際情況，提出了縮小京津冀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Regional economic difference is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of economic development. As the core of the economic circle around the Bohai Sea, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economy has developed rapidly and has become the third economic growth pole after the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. However, the regional economic development has significant imbalance, dual structure phenomenon is obvious. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the regional economic differences between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and to provide some suggestions for narrowing the regional economic differences between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. According to the characteristics of the subject, the qualitative and quantitative research methods are adopted, and the normative and empirical research methods are adopted. First of all, the paper reviews the research results of regional economic difference and its influencing factors at home and abroad, defines the concept of regional economic difference and regional economic difference, and makes a deep analysis of the theory of regional non-equilibrium development which is closely related to the paper. Secondly, this paper makes a comprehensive and objective study on the regional economic difference between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei by using single index and comprehensive index system. Standard deviation, variation coefficient and Theil coefficient are used to analyze the present situation and historical evolution of per capita GDP in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. On this basis, the economic difference of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is comprehensively analyzed by principal component analysis. Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei City economic strength comprehensive evaluation value. The results show that the regional economic comprehensive level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is extremely unbalanced, the regional difference is obvious, the absolute difference is gradually expanding, and the relative difference is decreasing slowly. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the regional economic difference between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and calculates the contribution of each factor to the regional economic difference by using the panel data model to analyze the factors and economic growth. The results show that the capital input, industrial structure and the degree of opening to the outside world are positively correlated with the regional economic growth of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, but the influence degree is different. Among them, the output value of tertiary industry is the main factor leading to regional economic difference. Finally, combined with the relevant economic theory and the actual situation of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the regional economic difference between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
