那達慕經(jīng)濟研究

【摘要】：那達慕大會源于蒙古族的生存、戰(zhàn)爭、文化交流、精神生活和娛樂等活動的需要而產(chǎn)生的,表現(xiàn)出蒙古族獨特的一種思維和行為方式,進而也是蒙古族傳統(tǒng)文化。它是一種蒙古族地區(qū)文化力與經(jīng)濟力相結(jié)合的活動,也是一種具有民族特色、優(yōu)勢的文化資源。我們利用好這種文化資源開發(fā)新的產(chǎn)業(yè),可以增加經(jīng)濟發(fā)展總量,創(chuàng)造新的財富源流,還能通過文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的擴張和輻射,以及生產(chǎn)、交換、分配、消費等一系列環(huán)節(jié),帶動物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)領域及其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,達到促進蒙古族特有經(jīng)濟和推動民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的目標。 對內(nèi)蒙古那達慕大會的調(diào)查研究,在自己熟悉的語言資料的掌握范圍內(nèi)從經(jīng)濟的角度,提出那達慕經(jīng)濟概念,并通過查閱文獻和實際調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù)與相關(guān)統(tǒng)計資料進行比較分析,揭示了那達慕經(jīng)濟與蒙古族經(jīng)濟的關(guān)系,這也是本文的創(chuàng)新點。本文主要采用了文獻調(diào)查法和實地調(diào)查法。首先,搜集大量相關(guān)的文獻資料和理論著作,并對其進行整理、統(tǒng)計、分類、分析作為論文內(nèi)容的參考資料,并總結(jié)出那達慕和那達慕經(jīng)濟的形成和發(fā)展。其次,從調(diào)查研究的對象中選取幾個典型的案例,并對其進行整理、統(tǒng)計、分析,揭示出那達慕經(jīng)濟效應和經(jīng)濟文化互動效應以及存在的問題,并提出發(fā)展方向。在本文調(diào)查研究的過程中重點從民族學、社會學、經(jīng)濟學等多學科的角度分析探索那達慕經(jīng)濟的現(xiàn)狀以及面臨的問題,如資金短缺、人才匱乏、市場管理模式不規(guī)范等因素存在的前提下,試圖探討用科學方式方法推動那達慕經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展的對策與建議。 對那達慕大會的調(diào)查研究,進一步了解了文化依賴于經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展而繁榮,然而文化的發(fā)展也并非完全與經(jīng)濟同步增長,甚至是文化帶動經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。比如那達慕大會帶動了民族地區(qū)的旅游業(yè)、餐飲業(yè)、娛樂業(yè)、手工業(yè)、蒙文信息業(yè)等相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。當今的經(jīng)濟競爭歸根結(jié)底是文化的競爭。一個國家和民族,沒有文化優(yōu)勢,就無法擁有未來。隨著信息時代的到來,文化在社會發(fā)展中的重要地位日益凸現(xiàn),必將成為促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會進步的強大力量。那達慕大會是包容蒙古族文化心理、宗教信仰、倫理道德、價值觀念、生產(chǎn)活動以及各種文化習俗的傳統(tǒng)文化。本文提出,內(nèi)蒙古保護和傳承具有特色、優(yōu)勢的那達慕文化資源,合理科學的開發(fā)、經(jīng)營、管理、發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢,同時帶動蒙古族特有經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,也為內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)帶來巨大的社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:The Nadamu Congress originated from the needs of Mongolian survival, war, cultural exchange, spiritual life and entertainment, showing a unique way of thinking and behavior of the Mongols, and thus the Mongolian traditional culture. It is an activity of combining the cultural and economic forces of Mongolian areas, and is also a kind of cultural resources with national characteristics and advantages. By making good use of this kind of cultural resources to develop new industries, we can increase the total amount of economic development, create new sources of wealth, and through the expansion and radiation of cultural industries, as well as a series of links such as production, exchange, distribution, consumption, etc. To promote the development of material production and other industries, to promote the Mongolian unique economy and to promote the economic development of ethnic areas. On the investigation and study of the Nadam Congress in Inner Mongolia, from the economic point of view, the author puts forward the concept of Naadamu economy from the angle of economy, and compares and analyzes the relevant statistical data by consulting the literature and the actual survey data. It reveals the relationship between Nadam economy and Mongolian economy, which is also the innovation of this paper. This article mainly adopts the literature investigation method and the field investigation method. First of all, collect a large number of relevant literature and theoretical works, and organize, statistics, classification, analysis as a reference for the content of the paper, and summed up the formation and development of Nadam and Nadam economy. Secondly, several typical cases are selected from the objects of investigation and studied, which are sorted, counted and analyzed to reveal the economic effect and the interaction effect of economy and culture and the existing problems, and to put forward the developing direction of Naadamu's economic effect and the interaction effect of economy and culture as well as the existing problems. In the course of the investigation and research in this paper, the emphasis is placed on analyzing and exploring the present situation and problems of Nadam's economy from the perspectives of ethnology, sociology, economics, etc., such as the shortage of funds and the shortage of talents. On the premise of the non-standard market management mode, this paper attempts to explore the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rapid development of Nadam economy by scientific methods. The investigation and study of the Nadam Congress further understand that culture depends on the economic development and prosperity, but the development of culture is not entirely in line with the economic growth, or even the development of the economy driven by culture. For example, the Nadam Congress has led to the development of tourism, catering, entertainment, handicraft, Mongolian information and other related industries in ethnic areas. Today's economic competition is, in the final analysis, cultural competition. A country and a nation, without cultural advantages, can not have the future. With the arrival of the information age, the important position of culture in the social development is increasingly prominent, which will become a powerful force to promote economic development and social progress. The Nadamu Congress is a traditional culture that embraces Mongolian cultural psychology, religious beliefs, ethics, values, productive activities, and various cultural practices. This paper suggests that Inner Mongolia protects and inherits the distinctive and advantageous Natamu cultural resources, develops, manages, manages and exerts its advantages in a rational and scientific manner, and at the same time promotes the development of the unique economy of the Mongolians. It also brings great social and economic benefits to Inner Mongolia Autonomous region.
