【摘要】：正今年以來,面對經(jīng)濟下行壓力,荊門市按照"競進提質(zhì)、升級增效"總要求,以"精神經(jīng)濟學"提神聚力,堅持"投資第一、產(chǎn)業(yè)第一、工業(yè)第一",把擴大投資作為經(jīng)濟工作主抓手,把項目建設(shè)作為經(jīng)濟工作主戰(zhàn)場,筑牢經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的硬支撐。前三季度,全市地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值同比增長9.1%,居全省第一。1-10月,規(guī)模以上工業(yè)增加值同比增長10.8%,居全省第一;固定資產(chǎn)投資同比增長19.2%,居全省第二;地方公共財政預算收入同比增長18%,居全省第三。一、著力強化責任擔當,營造發(fā)展氣場經(jīng)濟越是下行,干部的精神作風越要上行。我們
