【摘要】：正繼廣東、云南后,福建省日前也發(fā)布《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加快產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的若干意見》,加快"五個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)變",即:發(fā)展模式由數(shù)量擴(kuò)張型向質(zhì)量效益型轉(zhuǎn)變,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)向更加協(xié)調(diào)、更加優(yōu)化轉(zhuǎn)變,發(fā)展動(dòng)力向深化改革、創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變,制造模式向智能化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、服務(wù)化轉(zhuǎn)變,資源利用方式向高效、清潔、安全轉(zhuǎn)變。2014年2月,福建省還曾出臺《2014—2015年全省產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級行動(dòng)計(jì)劃實(shí)施方案》,提出圍繞抓龍頭興產(chǎn)業(yè)、"三維"項(xiàng)目對接等加快產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級步伐。
[Abstract]:Just after Guangdong and Yunnan, Fujian Province also released several opinions on further speeding up the Industrial Transformation and upgrading, speeding up the "five transformations," namely, the transformation of the development model from the quantitative expansion type to the quality-benefit type, and the industrial structure to a more coordinated one. More optimized transformation, development power to deepen reform, innovation-driven transformation, manufacturing model to intelligence, networking, service-oriented transformation, resource use to efficient, clean, safe transformation. February 2014, Fujian Province also issued "2014-2015 provincial industrial transformation and upgrading action plan implementation plan", proposed to focus on leading industries, "three-dimensional" projects to accelerate the pace of industrial transformation and upgrading.
