【摘要】：水果深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)作為一種能夠提高農(nóng)產(chǎn)品附加值,從而進(jìn)一步提升農(nóng)產(chǎn)品收益的優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)業(yè),它的發(fā)展標(biāo)志著一個(gè)國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展水平。我國(guó)作為水果生產(chǎn)大國(guó),水果產(chǎn)量從1993年起一直居于世界第一位。然而,長(zhǎng)期以來,我國(guó)水果的銷售模式主要還是以鮮果銷售為主,其用于水果深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)的水果原材料占水果總產(chǎn)量的比重較小,與我國(guó)水果生產(chǎn)大國(guó)的身份不符。然而在水果深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)成為我國(guó)食品工業(yè)“十二五”規(guī)劃的重點(diǎn)發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)后,商丘市水果深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過短短的十年,已經(jīng)發(fā)展到了一定的規(guī)模,對(duì)地方社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重要影響。因此,以商丘為例研究水果深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的影響具有十分重要的意義。 本文首先介紹了水果深加工的背景與前景,通過經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)和企業(yè)具體發(fā)展情況分析水果深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,展現(xiàn)其在我國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的必要性；其次,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)水果產(chǎn)業(yè)的區(qū)域分布情況差異進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)水果深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)與傳統(tǒng)水果銷售模式進(jìn)行對(duì)比,進(jìn)而具體分析水果深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)地方區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動(dòng)作用；再次,分析商丘水果深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響、對(duì)商丘產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的影響及對(duì)優(yōu)質(zhì)果品培育的積極作用,從而展現(xiàn)水果深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)越性；最后以商丘市阿姆斯果汁有限責(zé)任公司為具體實(shí)例,闡述水果深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)特定區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的主導(dǎo)效應(yīng),以及龍頭企業(yè)對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的優(yōu)勢(shì)作用,同時(shí)揭示了水果深加工企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中遇到的問題,并提出了相應(yīng)的解決方案,為我國(guó)水果深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展帶來啟示。
[Abstract]:As a kind of high quality industry which can increase the added value of agricultural products and further improve the income of agricultural products, the development of fruit deep processing industry marks the development level of agricultural modernization in a country. As a big country of fruit production, China has been ranked first in the world since 1993. However, for a long time, the main selling mode of Chinese fruits is the fresh fruit sales. The raw materials used in the fruit processing industry account for a small proportion of the total fruit output, which is not in accordance with the status of the big country of fruit production in our country. However, after the fruit deep processing industry became the key industry in the 12th Five-Year Plan of China's food industry, the Shangqiu fruit deep processing industry has developed to a certain scale after a short period of 10 years. To the local social and economic development has produced the important influence. Therefore, taking Shangqiu as an example, it is of great significance to study the effect of fruit processing industry on local economy. This paper first introduces the background and prospect of fruit deep processing, analyzes the influence of fruit deep processing industry on local economy through economic data and enterprise development, and shows the necessity of fruit deep processing industry in the economic development of agricultural products in China. The regional distribution of the domestic fruit industry is analyzed, and the fruit deep processing industry and traditional fruit sales model are compared, and then the specific analysis of the fruit deep processing industry on the local regional economy driving effect; third, This paper analyzes the influence of Shangqiu fruit deep processing industry on local economic growth, on the adjustment of Shangqiu industrial structure and on the positive role of high quality fruit cultivation, so as to show the superiority of fruit deep processing industry. Finally, taking Shangqiu Ames Fruit Juice Co., Ltd. as a concrete example, the paper expounds the dominant effect of fruit processing industry on specific regional economy, as well as the dominant role of leading enterprises in regional economy. At the same time, the problems encountered in the development of fruit deep processing enterprises are revealed, and the corresponding solutions are put forward, which will bring enlightenment to the healthy and stable development of the fruit processing industry in China.
