【摘要】：中國(guó)—東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)成立以來,廣西的海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)總量持續(xù)增長(zhǎng),海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷優(yōu)化,部分海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速。然而,廣西海洋資源稟賦高卻未被充分利用,與其他海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)較發(fā)達(dá)的省市相比,海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)總量較小、海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化度較低、海洋基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)相對(duì)落后,亟須實(shí)現(xiàn)海洋資源的高效利用,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),加快海洋基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)快速且持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade area, Guangxi's marine economy has been growing continuously, the marine industrial structure has been optimized, and some marine industries have developed rapidly. However, Guangxi's marine resource endowment is not fully utilized. Compared with other provinces and cities with more developed marine economy, the total amount of marine economy is smaller, the degree of optimization of marine industrial structure is lower, and the construction of marine infrastructure is relatively backward. It is urgent to realize the efficient utilization of marine resources, further optimize the marine industrial structure, speed up the construction of marine infrastructure, and finally realize the rapid and sustainable development of marine economy.
