【摘要】："一帶一路"的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想是基于實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化建設(shè)與沿線國(guó)家共同發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上提出來的,科技人文交流是"一帶一路"決策中重要的內(nèi)涵之一,加強(qiáng)科技人文交流可以促進(jìn)各國(guó)之間的相互了解,增強(qiáng)彼此之間的合作,讓世界更清楚的認(rèn)識(shí)中華文化,促進(jìn)地區(qū)之間的文化融合。分析了一帶一路科技人文交流的基本內(nèi)涵,提出了科技人文交流機(jī)制,指出了具體的實(shí)踐方式以及建設(shè)模式,展示了實(shí)施"一帶一路"科技人文交流構(gòu)想會(huì)面臨的困難與挑戰(zhàn),根據(jù)實(shí)際情況提出了相應(yīng)的措施與解決方案。
[Abstract]:The strategic conception of "Belt and Road" is put forward on the basis of realizing the common development of our country's economy, culture construction and countries along the line. The exchange of science and technology and humanities is one of the important connotations of "Belt and Road" decision-making. Strengthening the exchange of science and technology and humanities can promote the mutual understanding between countries, strengthen the cooperation between each other, make the world understand Chinese culture more clearly, and promote the cultural integration among regions. This paper analyzes on the basic connotation of human communication in science and technology of Belt and Road, puts forward the mechanism of communication of humanities of science and technology, points out the concrete practice mode and construction mode, and shows the difficulties and challenges that will be faced in carrying out the conception of "Belt and Road" in science and technology humanities communication. According to the actual situation, the corresponding measures and solutions are put forward.
