【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展的不斷深入，區(qū)域內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展日趨重要。產(chǎn)業(yè)是城市的支撐，地理位置相近的城市間通過實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)統(tǒng)錯位發(fā)展，能夠更加充分地利用區(qū)域內(nèi)的資源，并在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中實現(xiàn)效益最大化。研究廈漳泉三市產(chǎn)業(yè)合作協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展問題，使廈漳泉三市實現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)的發(fā)展格局，對于廈漳泉同城化建設(shè)，增強(qiáng)綜合競爭力具有現(xiàn)實意義。 本文運(yùn)用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)與產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理論。從廈漳泉“同城化”及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)入手，分析廈漳泉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。然后通過實證分析方法確定廈漳泉三市各自的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)，及三市發(fā)展優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略選擇。最后對廈漳泉三市產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展遇到的障礙進(jìn)行分析，提出促進(jìn)三市產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的政策建議。 本文分為6部分，第一部分是分析研究該課題的深刻背景及現(xiàn)實意義。第二部分是對相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行歸納，為全文做好理論鋪墊。第三部分是評述了廈漳泉同城化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題，說明研究廈漳泉同城化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展問題的重要性。第四部分是介紹了紐約都市圈及長三角都市圈產(chǎn)業(yè)合作協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗，，為提出促進(jìn)廈漳泉產(chǎn)業(yè)合作協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的政策建議提供借鑒。第五部分是通過實證分析方法提出廈漳泉同城化產(chǎn)業(yè)合作協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的基本思路，主要是通過區(qū)位商和產(chǎn)值比重兩個指標(biāo)分析出廈漳泉三市的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)并提出廈漳泉三市產(chǎn)業(yè)應(yīng)走協(xié)統(tǒng)錯位發(fā)展的道路。第六部分是指出廈漳泉同城化產(chǎn)業(yè)合作協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展面臨的障礙，并提出有針對性且可操作性的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the coordinated development of regional industry is becoming more and more important. Industry is the support of the city. The cities with similar geographical position can make full use of the resources in the region and realize the maximum benefit in the process of economic development. It is of practical significance to study the coordinated development of industrial cooperation and coordination of the three cities of Xia Zhangquan and to make the three cities realize the development pattern of complementary advantages, which is of practical significance for the construction of Xiamen Zhangquan with the city and the enhancement of the comprehensive competitiveness. This paper applies the theories of regional economics and industrial economics. This paper analyzes the present situation of industrial development of Xia-Zhangquan from the view of "co-city" and industrial development basis. Then through the empirical analysis method to determine the three cities of Xia-Zhangquan respective advantage industries, and the three cities to develop the strategic choice of advantageous industries. Finally, the author analyzes the obstacles to the coordinated development of industry in three cities, and puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the coordinated development of industry in the three cities. This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is to analyze the profound background and practical significance of the subject. The second part is the related domestic and foreign research literature induction, for the full text makes the theory foundation. The third part reviews the present situation and existing problems of the industry development in Xiazhang Quan and explains the importance of studying the development of the industry with the city in Xiazhang Quan. The fourth part introduces the experience of the coordinated development of industrial cooperation in New York metropolitan area and Yangtze River Delta metropolitan area, and provides some policy suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of Xia-Zhangquan industrial cooperation. The fifth part is to put forward the basic ideas of the coordinated development of the industrial cooperation between Xia-Zhangquan and the city through the method of empirical analysis. This paper analyzes the superior industries of Xia-Zhangquan three cities by means of location quotient and the proportion of output value, and puts forward that the industries of Xia-Zhangquan three cities should take the road of coordinated and dislocation development. The sixth part is to point out the obstacles to the coordinated development of Xia-Zhangquan and City-oriented industrial cooperation, and put forward targeted and operable policy recommendations.
