【摘要】：在大力發(fā)展混合所有制背景下,中國(guó)軍民融合發(fā)展上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,而民營(yíng)資本"參軍"是軍民深度融合的具體體現(xiàn)。通過對(duì)江蘇民營(yíng)資本"參軍"的政策可行性、路徑可行性、經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性進(jìn)行分析,提出在市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入、合法融資、信息服務(wù)、保障監(jiān)督等方面支持江蘇民營(yíng)資本"參軍"的政策。
[Abstract]:Under the background of developing the mixed ownership system, China's military and civilian integration has become a national strategy, and private capital's "joining the army" is the concrete embodiment of the deep integration of military and civilian. Based on the analysis of the policy feasibility, route feasibility and economic feasibility of Jiangsu private capital joining the army, this paper puts forward the policy of supporting Jiangsu private capital to join the army in the aspects of market access, legal financing, information service, guarantee and supervision, etc.
