【摘要】：作者由于工作關(guān)系,經(jīng)常參與大型國(guó)際會(huì)議的籌備工作,從會(huì)議策劃直至?xí)h收尾階段全程參與并承擔(dān)小范圍(一百人左右)會(huì)議的主要工作。在工作過(guò)程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)越為復(fù)雜、影響因素眾多的大型國(guó)際會(huì)議,越是缺乏相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論運(yùn)用和實(shí)例分析。鑒此,作者以風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論為基礎(chǔ),以我省最為重要的中國(guó)—南亞博覽會(huì)為分析案例,充分考慮博覽會(huì)的背景情況,運(yùn)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理知識(shí),對(duì)舉辦博覽會(huì)資金、質(zhì)量、程序、安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及會(huì)議各個(gè)階段的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究。 文章中,作者首先對(duì)選題背景、研究方法、內(nèi)容、意義等進(jìn)行了闡述,并對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理及大型國(guó)際會(huì)議的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理有關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了綜述。其次,在緊密結(jié)合作者所從事工作的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)中國(guó)—南亞博覽會(huì)的資金、質(zhì)量、程序、安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及會(huì)議各個(gè)階段的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了識(shí)別,依據(jù)實(shí)際對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),劃分出了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí),運(yùn)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的有關(guān)理論和工具對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了應(yīng)對(duì)分析,最后提出了博覽會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)的主要準(zhǔn)則及各個(gè)階段主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的應(yīng)對(duì)方案。 作者認(rèn)為,為保證大型國(guó)際會(huì)議的成功舉辦,必須引入風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。文章中針對(duì)中國(guó)—南亞博覽會(huì)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究不僅對(duì)本博覽會(huì)的成功舉辦具有直接指導(dǎo)意義,并豐富了大型國(guó)際會(huì)議的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論,同時(shí),也對(duì)一般性或同類型國(guó)際會(huì)議的舉辦提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:Due to their working relationship, the authors often participate in the preparation of large international conferences, from the planning of the meetings to the end of the meetings, and undertake the main work of the meetings of a small scale (about 100 people). In the process of work, the more complex and influential international conferences are, the less the application of risk management theory and the analysis of examples are. Therefore, based on the theory of risk management, taking the China-South Asia Exposition, the most important exposition in our province, as an analysis case, the author takes full account of the background of the Expo, applies the knowledge of risk management, and applies the knowledge of risk management to the fund, quality and procedure of holding the Expo. Safety risk and the risk of each stage of the conference are studied in risk management. In this paper, the background, research methods, content and significance of the topic are first expounded, and the theories of risk management and risk management of international conferences are summarized. Secondly, on the basis of the author's work, the paper identifies the fund, quality, procedure, security risk and the risk of each stage of the conference, and evaluates the risk according to the actual situation. The risk grade is divided, and the risk management theory and tools are used to deal with the risk. Finally, the main criteria of the risk response of the Expo and the corresponding plan of the main risk in each stage are put forward. In order to ensure the success of international conferences, risk management must be introduced. The research on risk management of China-South Asia Exposition not only has direct guiding significance for the successful holding of the Expo, but also enriches the risk management theory of large international conferences, at the same time, It also provides reference for the holding of general or similar international conferences.
