【摘要】：延邊朝鮮族自治州是我國東北最大的少數(shù)民族自治州,它處于中、朝、俄三國邊界,發(fā)展對外貿(mào)易的優(yōu)勢突出。隨著我國對外開放程度由東部沿海城市向中西部民族地區(qū)逐步擴大,加之延邊州同時享受“西部大開發(fā)”、“振興東北老工業(yè)基地”、“長吉圖"規(guī)劃等政策,使得延邊州的開放程度越來越大,在增加延邊州進出口額的同時,也促進了延邊州的經(jīng)濟增長。 本文主題為“延邊州對外貿(mào)易與經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系研究”,主要探討了延邊州對外貿(mào)易與經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系問題,這是因為進出口貿(mào)易始終是推動經(jīng)濟增長過程中重要的、不可替代的因素。因此,如何加大延邊州的開放力度,使延邊州經(jīng)濟健康、快速、平穩(wěn)的發(fā)展是本文要解決的重要問題。 本文首先闡述了延邊州對外貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀與經(jīng)濟增長的概況,運用對外貿(mào)易依存度、貢獻率與拉動力、雙對數(shù)模型的實證方法對延邊州的對外貿(mào)易與經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系做了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)理分析與研究。 其次,通過數(shù)據(jù)分析,得出延邊州對外貿(mào)易水平較低的原因在于存在如特色產(chǎn)業(yè)和對外互市貿(mào)易建設(shè)不足、對外開放水平低、進出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)較為單一、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不夠完善、地區(qū)跨境投資互動效果欠佳等因素,這些因素都深深阻礙了延邊州對外貿(mào)易甚至經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)增長。 最后,本文認為在國際市場開發(fā)過程中,延邊州首先應(yīng)當發(fā)揮出應(yīng)有的窗口作用。為此,發(fā)展延邊州對外貿(mào)易的對策,需要積極提高對外開放環(huán)境,加快建設(shè)出口商品基地,發(fā)揮政府作用,實施人才策略和多元化戰(zhàn)略。在外貿(mào)政策上實現(xiàn)國別多元化,在產(chǎn)品層次上發(fā)展多元化商品戰(zhàn)略,在投資主體上實行多元化投資。
[Abstract]:Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is the largest minority autonomous prefecture in Northeast China. With the gradual expansion of China's opening to the outside world from the eastern coastal cities to the central and western ethnic areas, the Yanbian prefecture has also enjoyed the policies of "developing the western region", "revitalizing the old industrial base in the Northeast", and "planning the Changji Tu". The opening of Yanbian prefecture is becoming more and more open, which not only increases the import and export volume of Yanbian prefecture, but also promotes the economic growth of Yanbian prefecture. The theme of this paper is "Research on the relationship between Foreign Trade and Economic growth in Yanbian Prefecture", which mainly discusses the relationship between foreign trade and economic growth in Yanbian Prefecture, which is because import and export trade is always important in the process of promoting economic growth. An irreplaceable factor. Therefore, how to increase the opening up of Yanbian prefecture and make Yanbian state economy healthy, rapid and stable is an important problem to be solved in this paper. This paper first describes the current situation of foreign trade and economic growth in Yanbian prefecture, using the degree of dependence, contribution rate and pull power of foreign trade. The relationship between foreign trade and economic growth in Yanbian prefecture is systematically analyzed and studied by the method of double logarithmic model. Secondly, through the analysis of data, it is concluded that the low level of foreign trade in Yanbian prefecture lies in the following reasons: insufficient construction of characteristic industries and foreign trade, low level of opening to the outside world, and relatively simple structure of import and export commodities. The construction of infrastructure is not perfect and the effect of regional cross-border investment interaction is not good. These factors have hindered the sustained growth of foreign trade and even economy of Yanbian Prefecture. Finally, this paper argues that in the process of international market development, Yanbian prefecture should first play its due window role. Therefore, to develop the foreign trade of Yanbian prefecture, we should actively improve the open environment, speed up the construction of export commodity base, give play to the role of the government, and carry out the strategy of talent and diversification. In the foreign trade policy to realize the country diversification, to develop the diversified commodity strategy in the product level, to carry out the diversification investment in the investment main body.
