【摘要】：鑒于近年來欠發(fā)達地區(qū)人力資源流動對經(jīng)濟增長影響的問題日趨顯著，人力資源流動對經(jīng)濟增長影響的問題不僅僅是一個經(jīng)濟問題，在更大程度上成了一個社會問題。所以研究欠發(fā)達地區(qū)人力資源流動對經(jīng)濟增長影響的問題不僅對于欠發(fā)達地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟增長，而且對欠發(fā)達地區(qū)的社會和諧都具有極其重要的意義。 通過分析國外有關人力資源及其流動對經(jīng)濟增長影響的理論研究，，歸納出此方面的相關研究成果和存在的主要問題，并分析了國內(nèi)人力資源流動對經(jīng)濟增長影響的相關理論，得出目前人力資源流動對經(jīng)濟增長影響的相關研究主要集中在國外，國內(nèi)關于此類的研究比較少，所以以中國的欠發(fā)達地區(qū)為視角來研究人力資源流動對經(jīng)濟增長的影響具有重要的意義。對相關概念進行界定，并針對欠發(fā)達地區(qū)的特殊地理與人文環(huán)境，選擇了欠發(fā)達地區(qū)人力資源流動的數(shù)量、質量及方向指標，經(jīng)濟增長的GDP總量和人均GDP指標，分析了人力資源流動影響欠發(fā)達地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長的機理，在理論分析的基礎上提出了相應的理論假設。 在此基礎上，通過處理《中國統(tǒng)計年鑒》的相關數(shù)據(jù)，得到了相應指標的數(shù)據(jù)，然后把數(shù)據(jù)代入線性回歸模型對人力資源流動對經(jīng)濟增長的影響進行了實證分析。根據(jù)分析實證的結論得出了人力資源流動在影響經(jīng)濟增長中存在的主要問題，針對存在的主要問題并基于欠發(fā)達地區(qū)的特殊地理和人文環(huán)境提出了促進欠發(fā)達地區(qū)人力資源合理流動以推動欠發(fā)達地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長的對策和建議，從而為相關宏觀經(jīng)濟決策提供了有益的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the impact of human resource flow on economic growth is becoming more and more obvious in underdeveloped areas in recent years, the impact of human resource flow on economic growth is not only an economic problem, but also a social problem to a greater extent. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the impact of human resource flow on economic growth in underdeveloped areas, not only for economic growth in underdeveloped areas, but also for social harmony in underdeveloped areas. By analyzing the theoretical research on the influence of human resources and its mobility on economic growth abroad, this paper summarizes the relevant research results and main problems in this field, and analyzes the relevant theories of the impact of human resource flow on economic growth in China. It is concluded that the current research on the impact of human resource flow on economic growth is mainly concentrated in foreign countries, and there is less research on this kind of research in China. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the impact of human resource flow on economic growth from the perspective of underdeveloped regions in China. According to the special geographical and human environment of the underdeveloped areas, this paper defines the related concepts, and selects the quantity, quality and direction of the human resource flow in the underdeveloped areas, the gross GDP of economic growth and the per capita GDP index. This paper analyzes the mechanism of human resource flow influencing economic growth in underdeveloped areas, and puts forward corresponding theoretical assumptions on the basis of theoretical analysis. On this basis, by processing the relevant data of China Statistical Yearbook, we get the corresponding index data, and then we put the data into the linear regression model to analyze the impact of human resource flow on economic growth. According to the conclusion of empirical analysis, the main problems of human resource flow in influencing economic growth are obtained. Aiming at the main problems and based on the special geographical and human environment of the underdeveloped areas, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rational flow of human resources in the underdeveloped areas in order to promote the economic growth in the underdeveloped areas. Therefore, it provides a useful reference for the relevant macro-economic decision-making.
