【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定、迅速、持續(xù)的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,綜合國力顯著提高,目前我國已經(jīng)超越日本成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟體,實現(xiàn)了從溫飽不足向小康的跨越。與此同時,城鄉(xiāng)間發(fā)展不平衡的現(xiàn)象越來越明顯,城鄉(xiāng)勞動力資源配置不合理和居民收入差距擴大問題日益突出。不論在經(jīng)濟還是政治上勞動力配置和收入差距問題都居于極為重要的地位,勞動力資源配置方式、機制不僅影響勞動力自身的利用效率,更是決定整個社會經(jīng)濟運作效率重要影響因素；而城鄉(xiāng)收入差距問題嚴重阻礙了我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定,嚴重影響了我國和諧社會的構(gòu)建。因此加大對勞動力配置和收入差距問題的研究,探討出解決的對策,以實現(xiàn)勞動力資源優(yōu)化配置以及縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的雙重目標,是具有十分重要的意義。 本文對勞動力資源配置和城鄉(xiāng)收入差距之間的影響進行了分析,以城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響因素為中心進行研究,探討出這些主要的因素在影響城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的同時是如何對勞動力資源配置產(chǎn)生影響,最終提出優(yōu)化勞動力配置和縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的綜合對策和建議。本研究首先使用citespace分析軟件,以科學知識圖譜法進行理論分析,之后采用實證方法進行研究,使用Eviews6.0分析軟件對統(tǒng)計年鑒的數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,得出研究結(jié)果： 研究結(jié)果表明,影響城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的主要因素為人均GDP、城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)、人力資本、城鎮(zhèn)化率、戶籍制度、城鄉(xiāng)金融發(fā)展等。而對于遼寧省來說,人均GDP、城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)、人力資本和城鎮(zhèn)化率是主要影響因素。 根據(jù)本研究的結(jié)果,政府可以通過改革城鄉(xiāng)二元戶籍制度,加快城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展,加大人力資本投資,提高城鄉(xiāng)勞動者綜合素質(zhì)和專業(yè)技能,健全農(nóng)村社會保障體制等措施在縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的同時,對勞動力資源配置進行一定的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has shown a stable, rapid, sustained development situation, the overall national strength has improved significantly. At present, our country has surpassed Japan to become the second largest economy in the world, and has achieved the leap from lack of food and clothing to well-off society. At the same time, the development imbalance between urban and rural areas is becoming more and more obvious, the problem of unreasonable allocation of urban and rural labor resources and widening income gap between urban and rural areas has become increasingly prominent. Whether in economy or politics, the problem of labor force allocation and income gap is very important. The mechanism of labor resource allocation not only affects the utilization efficiency of labor force itself. The problem of urban-rural income gap seriously hinders the economic development and social stability and seriously affects the construction of a harmonious society in China. Therefore, it is of great significance to increase the research on the distribution of labor force and the income gap, and to explore the countermeasures to realize the dual goals of optimizing the allocation of labor resources and narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas. This paper analyzes the impact of labor resource allocation and urban-rural income gap, focusing on the influencing factors of urban-rural income gap. This paper discusses how these main factors affect the income gap between urban and rural areas and at the same time how to influence the allocation of labor resources, and finally puts forward some comprehensive countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the allocation of labor force and narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas. This study first uses citespace analysis software, carries on the theoretical analysis with the scientific knowledge map method, then uses the empirical method to carry on the research, uses the Eviews6.0 analysis software to carry on the analysis to the statistical yearbook data. The results show that the main factors affecting the urban-rural income gap are GDP per capita, urban-rural dual structure, human capital, urbanization rate, household registration system, urban and rural financial development and so on. For Liaoning Province, GDP per capita, urban-rural dual structure, human capital and urbanization rate are the main influencing factors. According to the results of this study, the government can reform the urban-rural dual household registration system, accelerate the development of urban-rural integration, increase investment in human capital, and improve the comprehensive quality and professional skills of urban and rural workers. Improving the rural social security system and other measures to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas, at the same time, to optimize the allocation of labor resources.
