【摘要】:港口一直以來都是一個重要的運輸樞紐,在國際貿(mào)易中扮演著重要角色。在貿(mào)易全球化已成為世界經(jīng)濟的一種必然趨勢的今天,學(xué)者們愈發(fā)關(guān)注港口影響力的研究?v觀古今中外眾多港口城市的發(fā)展歷史,可以看出他們的繁榮均與當(dāng)?shù)馗劭诘陌l(fā)展相合。港口不僅對其所在城市的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有巨大的促進和推動作用,而且能帶動周圍地區(qū)和腹地的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,因此港口與其所在區(qū)域有著非常緊密的聯(lián)系。港口與區(qū)域的關(guān)系,是港口與城市關(guān)系的延伸和擴展,其內(nèi)涵包括港口、港口城市、港口城市的腹地。今后,隨著市場經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,加快區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化進程是必然的要求,各地之間的經(jīng)濟來往、貿(mào)易聯(lián)系等將越來越密切,港口在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的作用將會更大。因此,科學(xué)評價港口對城市、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的貢獻就顯得格外重要。 從國際主流研究趨勢來看,包括就業(yè)、工資水平、稅收等指標(biāo)的港口經(jīng)濟影響研究日益重要,從政府來看這些數(shù)據(jù)也具有很大參考價值。因此,很有必要對港口的社會經(jīng)濟影響進行全面的研究。本文在國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有研究基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒國外先進研究方法,定量分析了湛江港(集團)股份有限公司對地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的貢獻。本文將重點放在港口的經(jīng)濟影響定量研究方面,具體來說就是在經(jīng)濟總量方面對國民經(jīng)濟的拉動以及對就業(yè)機會等的供給方面。 首先,本文在第二章中從資本循環(huán)的角度對港口及其相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟活動進行了分析,此分析過程中可以清楚的看出哪些行業(yè)與港口有著密切關(guān)系,并以此大致界定出港口對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的影響范圍。將各種類別的活動后果,也就是經(jīng)濟影響進行分類匯總,本文最終將其影響分為直接影響、間接影響、誘發(fā)影響與負(fù)面影響。 在模型的選取上,本文在比較過幾種主流分析法后,選擇使用投入產(chǎn)出與數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)結(jié)合的方式。基本思路是通過投入-產(chǎn)出模型計算湛江港集團對各行業(yè)的貢獻后,再運用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)模型進行二次測算,以兩次結(jié)果的相合性證明投入產(chǎn)出模型計算的合理性。最后以模型所得結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ),本文對湛江港口與城市協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Port has always been an important transportation hub and plays an important role in international trade. As the globalization of trade has become an inevitable trend of the world economy, scholars are paying more and more attention to the study of port influence. Looking at the development history of many port cities in ancient and modern times, we can see that their prosperity coincides with the development of local ports. Ports not only promote and promote the economic development of their cities, but also promote the economic development of the surrounding areas and hinterlands, so the port has a very close relationship with its region. The relationship between port and region is the extension and expansion of the relationship between port and city. Its connotation includes port and hinterland of port city. In the future, with the continuous development of the market economy, it is necessary to speed up the process of regional economic integration. The economic exchanges and trade links between different places will become closer and closer, and the port will play a greater role in the development of regional economy. Therefore, the scientific evaluation of the port to the city, regional economic contribution is particularly important. From the international mainstream research trend, including employment, wage level, tax and other indicators of the port economic impact research is increasingly important, from the government view of these data also has a great reference value. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive study on the social and economic impact of the port. Based on the existing domestic research and foreign advanced research methods, this paper quantitatively analyzes the contribution of Zhanjiang Port (Group) Co., Ltd. to the regional economy. This paper focuses on the quantitative study on the economic impact of the port, specifically on the economic aggregate to the national economy and the supply of employment opportunities. First of all, in the second chapter, this paper analyzes the port and its related economic activities from the perspective of capital circulation, which can clearly see which industries have close relationship with the port. And on this basis roughly define the impact of the port on the regional economy. The effects of various kinds of activities, that is, economic effects, are classified and summarized, and the effects are divided into direct effects, indirect effects, induced effects and negative effects. In the selection of model, after comparing several kinds of mainstream analysis, this paper chooses the way of combining input and output with data envelopment. The basic idea is to calculate the contribution of Zhanjiang Port Group to various industries by input-output model, and then to use the data envelope model to calculate twice, and to prove the rationality of the input-output model with the consistency of the two results. Finally, based on the results of the model, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the coordinated development of Zhanjiang port and city.
