【摘要】：投資是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)力之一,投資效率不僅影響著經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的速度,還影響著經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的質(zhì)量。在投資快速增漲的同時(shí),投資效率的提高也是拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要手段。河南作為內(nèi)陸省份,投資歷來(lái)是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的主要?jiǎng)恿?特別是隨著“中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)”建設(shè)的開(kāi)展,投資會(huì)進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大。在這種情況下,研究如何提高宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)投資效率,深入分析投資效率的變化趨勢(shì)及其影響因素,對(duì)于合理分配資源,最大限度發(fā)揮投資功能,確保河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速增長(zhǎng),具有積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和投資學(xué)等理論為基礎(chǔ),以河南省為研究對(duì)象,選取多年河南省統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒的時(shí)間序列和截面序列數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合相關(guān)理論對(duì)河南省宏觀投資效率進(jìn)行全面、系統(tǒng)研究。主要內(nèi)容包括： 1.河南省宏觀投資效率的測(cè)算。應(yīng)用K/Y和I／Y三個(gè)統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)和CES生產(chǎn)函數(shù)同時(shí)對(duì)投資效率進(jìn)行了測(cè)算。通過(guò)K/Y和I／Y三個(gè)統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),1990-2004年,河南省的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展較為穩(wěn)定且略有遲緩；2005年2011年,河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)快速的發(fā)展,但投資效率較為低下。通過(guò)研究CES生產(chǎn)函數(shù),表明河南省產(chǎn)出對(duì)資本變化并不敏感,反映出河南省資本使用效率偏低；全要素生產(chǎn)率的變化率(TFPG)值較小,表明廣義的技術(shù)因素對(duì)河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)有逐漸加強(qiáng)的促進(jìn)作用,但其變化過(guò)程緩慢,是一種粗放型的增長(zhǎng)方式。 2.河南省投資效率與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：投資效率越高,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率越高；投資效率對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)貢獻(xiàn)度越高,相應(yīng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率也越高。提高河南省的投資效率對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 3.河南省宏觀投資效率的影響因素。研究了投資規(guī)模、投資結(jié)構(gòu)、投資體制和技術(shù)進(jìn)步等因素對(duì)河南省宏觀投資效率的影響,特別指出河南省技術(shù)水平和技術(shù)管理水平的低下對(duì)投資效率的負(fù)面影響。 4.提高河南省宏觀投資效率的基本思路。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文就如何提高河南省宏觀投資效率,從控制投資規(guī)模、優(yōu)化和完善投資體制、提高科技水平、加強(qiáng)應(yīng)對(duì)外部沖擊的能力等方面提出了提高河南省宏觀投資效率的基本思路。
[Abstract]:Investment is one of the main driving forces of economic growth. Investment efficiency not only affects the speed of economic growth, but also affects the quality of economic growth. With the rapid increase of investment, the improvement of investment efficiency is also an important means to stimulate economic growth. As an inland province, investment has always been the main driving force of economic growth, especially with the construction of "Central Plains Economic Zone", the investment will be further expanded. In this case, we study how to improve the efficiency of macroeconomic investment, deeply analyze the changing trend of investment efficiency and its influencing factors, and ensure the sustained and rapid economic growth of Henan Province by rationally allocating resources, maximizing the investment function, and ensuring the sustained and rapid economic growth in Henan Province. It has positive practical significance. Based on the theories of macroeconomics, industrial economics and investment, and taking Henan Province as the research object, this paper selects the time series and cross-section series data of the statistical yearbooks of Henan Province for many years. Combined with relevant theories, the macro investment efficiency of Henan Province is studied comprehensively and systematically. The main contents include: 1. Measurement of macro-investment efficiency in Henan Province. The investment efficiency is measured by using three statistical indexes, K / Y and I / Y, and the CES production function. Through the study of three statistical indexes of K / Y and I / Y, it is found that the economic development of Henan Province was relatively stable and slightly slow from 1990 to 2004; in 2005 and 2011, the economy of Henan Province developed rapidly, but the investment efficiency was relatively low. By studying the CES production function, it is shown that the output of Henan Province is not sensitive to the change of capital, which reflects that the efficiency of capital use in Henan Province is on the low side, and the change rate of total factor productivity (TFPG) is small. It shows that the broad sense of technical factors can promote the economic growth of Henan Province gradually, but its change process is slow, and it is a kind of extensive growth mode. 2. The relationship between investment efficiency and economic growth in Henan Province. It is found that the higher the investment efficiency, the higher the economic growth rate, and the higher the contribution of investment efficiency to economic growth, the higher the corresponding economic growth rate. It is of practical significance to improve the investment efficiency of Henan province to contribute to economic growth. 3. Influencing factors of macro-investment efficiency in Henan province. This paper studies the influence of investment scale, investment structure, investment system and technological progress on the macro investment efficiency of Henan Province, especially points out that the low level of technology level and technology management level in Henan Province has a negative impact on investment efficiency. 4. The basic idea of improving the efficiency of macro investment in Henan Province. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper discusses how to improve the efficiency of macro investment in Henan Province, to control the scale of investment, to optimize and perfect the investment system, and to improve the level of science and technology. The basic ideas of improving the efficiency of macro-investment in Henan Province are put forward from the aspects of strengthening the ability to deal with external shocks.
