【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的過程從本質(zhì)上講就是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷進(jìn)行調(diào)整、不斷進(jìn)行優(yōu)化升級的過程，因此產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不僅是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的結(jié)果，更是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的動因。改革開放以來河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)發(fā)生了一系列變化，從總體上看，我省已由以農(nóng)業(yè)為主逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉N類齊全，不斷走向工業(yè)化的省份，并且產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)朝著合理化、高效化的方向發(fā)展。隨著對外開放步伐的加大，外商直接投資已作為一種重要的投資方式來推動經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整。本文將圍繞外商直接投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行理論與實(shí)證的分析，以便為河北省調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)提出建設(shè)性意見。 根據(jù)本文結(jié)果表明，得出外商直接投資與河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)之間存在正向的顯著相關(guān)關(guān)系，并且外商直接投資是推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的原因，但外商直接投資與第一、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)不存在協(xié)整關(guān)系，只同第二產(chǎn)業(yè)存在穩(wěn)定的長期關(guān)系，實(shí)際利用外商直接投資水平提高1個(gè)百分點(diǎn)，，第二產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)總值平均提高2.176059個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。盡管利用實(shí)證分析得出外商直接投資在促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方面起到積極的作用，但具體到實(shí)際利用總體規(guī)模、各個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部、投資方式以及市區(qū)分布方面仍然存在一些問題，針對河北省目前在利用外商直接投資方面所面臨的問題，提出相關(guān)對策建議，促進(jìn)河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:The process of economic development is essentially the process of continuous adjustment and optimization of industrial structure, so the industrial structure is not only the result of economic development, but also the motivation of economic development. Since the reform and opening up, a series of changes have taken place in the industrial structure of Hebei Province. On the whole, our province has gradually changed from a predominantly agricultural province to a well-developed province, and has been moving towards industrialization, and the industrial structure has been rationalized. The development of high efficiency. With the increasing pace of opening to the outside world, foreign direct investment (FDI) has been regarded as an important way of investment to promote the development of economy and the adjustment of industrial structure. This paper makes theoretical and empirical analysis on the relationship between FDI and industrial structure in order to put forward constructive suggestions for the adjustment of industrial structure in Hebei Province. According to the results of this paper, it is concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between FDI and the industrial structure of Hebei Province, and that FDI is the reason to promote the adjustment of industrial structure. There is no cointegration relationship between the tertiary industry and the secondary industry. There is only a stable long-term relationship between the tertiary industry and the secondary industry. The level of foreign direct investment in actual utilization has increased by 1 percentage point, and the gross domestic product of the second industry has increased by an average of 2.176059 percentage points. Although the empirical analysis shows that FDI plays a positive role in promoting the optimization of industrial structure, it can actually use the overall scale, various industries, and the interior of the industry. There are still some problems in the way of investment and the distribution of urban areas. In view of the problems faced by Hebei Province in utilizing foreign direct investment at present, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the adjustment of the industrial structure of Hebei Province.
