【摘要】：改革開放以來，我國一直非常重視利用FDI來促進我國經濟的發(fā)展。截至2011年，中國吸收外資存量估計達到7120億美元。巨額FDI的引入，，給我國的經濟帶來了正反兩面的影響。因此，有必要深入研究FDI對我國經濟產生的影響。 本文在總結FDI相關理論的基礎上，結合我國1985-2011年統(tǒng)計資料中的時間序列數據，簡單梳理了FDI在中國的發(fā)展歷程，并從來源結構、引資方式、產業(yè)分布和地區(qū)分布四方面分析了我國利用FDI的特征，同時對其原因進行了一定的分析。 在分析FDI發(fā)展歷程和特點的基礎上，運用計量方法對FDI對我國經濟增長、對外貿易和就業(yè)的影響進行了實證分析。得出結論如下：FDI與GDP之間存在長期均衡關系，F(xiàn)DI促進了我國經濟的增長，而我國的經濟增長也吸引FDI的不斷流入，兩者之間存在雙向因果關系。FDI與我國進出口總額之間存在長期均衡關系，F(xiàn)DI對我國的進出口存在積極。FDI促進外商投資企業(yè)就業(yè)人數的增加，同時增加了中國勞動力的就業(yè)。 最后，在以上分析的基礎上，就之后如何更好地利用FDI提出了一些針對性的政策和建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has attached great importance to the use of FDI to promote the economic development of our country. As of 2011, China's stock of foreign investment is estimated at $712 billion. The introduction of a huge amount of FDI has brought both positive and negative effects to China's economy. Therefore, it is necessary to study the impact of FDI on China's economy. On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories of FDI and combining the time series data from 1985 to 2011, this paper briefly combs the development course of FDI in China, and from the source structure, the way of attracting investment. This paper analyzes the characteristics of FDI utilization in China from four aspects: industrial distribution and regional distribution, and analyzes the reasons for FDI utilization. Based on the analysis of the development process and characteristics of FDI, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of FDI on China's economic growth, foreign trade and employment by means of econometric methods. The conclusion is as follows: there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between FDI and GDP. FDI promotes the growth of our economy, and the economic growth of our country also attracts the continuous inflow of FDI. There is a long-term equilibrium relationship between FDI and the total import and export of China. FDI has a positive effect on China's import and export. FDI promotes the increase of the number of foreign-invested enterprises' employment, and increases the employment of Chinese labor force at the same time. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward some relevant policies and suggestions on how to make better use of FDI.
