【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，我國(guó)一直非常重視利用FDI來(lái)促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。截至2011年，中國(guó)吸收外資存量估計(jì)達(dá)到7120億美元。巨額FDI的引入，，給我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來(lái)了正反兩面的影響。因此，有必要深入研究FDI對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生的影響。 本文在總結(jié)FDI相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合我國(guó)1985-2011年統(tǒng)計(jì)資料中的時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)，簡(jiǎn)單梳理了FDI在中國(guó)的發(fā)展歷程，并從來(lái)源結(jié)構(gòu)、引資方式、產(chǎn)業(yè)分布和地區(qū)分布四方面分析了我國(guó)利用FDI的特征，同時(shí)對(duì)其原因進(jìn)行了一定的分析。 在分析FDI發(fā)展歷程和特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用計(jì)量方法對(duì)FDI對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、對(duì)外貿(mào)易和就業(yè)的影響進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。得出結(jié)論如下：FDI與GDP之間存在長(zhǎng)期均衡關(guān)系，F(xiàn)DI促進(jìn)了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)，而我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)也吸引FDI的不斷流入，兩者之間存在雙向因果關(guān)系。FDI與我國(guó)進(jìn)出口總額之間存在長(zhǎng)期均衡關(guān)系，F(xiàn)DI對(duì)我國(guó)的進(jìn)出口存在積極。FDI促進(jìn)外商投資企業(yè)就業(yè)人數(shù)的增加，同時(shí)增加了中國(guó)勞動(dòng)力的就業(yè)。 最后，在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上，就之后如何更好地利用FDI提出了一些針對(duì)性的政策和建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has attached great importance to the use of FDI to promote the economic development of our country. As of 2011, China's stock of foreign investment is estimated at $712 billion. The introduction of a huge amount of FDI has brought both positive and negative effects to China's economy. Therefore, it is necessary to study the impact of FDI on China's economy. On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories of FDI and combining the time series data from 1985 to 2011, this paper briefly combs the development course of FDI in China, and from the source structure, the way of attracting investment. This paper analyzes the characteristics of FDI utilization in China from four aspects: industrial distribution and regional distribution, and analyzes the reasons for FDI utilization. Based on the analysis of the development process and characteristics of FDI, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of FDI on China's economic growth, foreign trade and employment by means of econometric methods. The conclusion is as follows: there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between FDI and GDP. FDI promotes the growth of our economy, and the economic growth of our country also attracts the continuous inflow of FDI. There is a long-term equilibrium relationship between FDI and the total import and export of China. FDI has a positive effect on China's import and export. FDI promotes the increase of the number of foreign-invested enterprises' employment, and increases the employment of Chinese labor force at the same time. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward some relevant policies and suggestions on how to make better use of FDI.
