【摘要】：我國中部具有豐富的科技創(chuàng)新資源和較強的創(chuàng)新能力,科技創(chuàng)新促進了中部區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。隨著中部社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,越來越重視科技創(chuàng)新的重要性,加大科技投入,科技創(chuàng)新取得了很大的成就。以國內(nèi)外科技創(chuàng)新有關理論為基礎,設置科技創(chuàng)新的評價指標,運用總量指標、相對指標和灰色關聯(lián)等方法,分析中部科技創(chuàng)新績效,并與東部科技創(chuàng)新績效進行差異性比較。雖然中部科技創(chuàng)新投入與產(chǎn)出的總量指標與東部差距較大,但是有些相對指標、關聯(lián)度指標還是很優(yōu)異的,領先于科技發(fā)達的東部。中部在科技創(chuàng)新中應堅持科技創(chuàng)新自信,建立多元化的科技創(chuàng)新經(jīng)費投入方式,借鑒東部科技創(chuàng)新先進經(jīng)驗,發(fā)揮中部科技資源優(yōu)勢,實行中部科技協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,探索科學的科技績效評估方法。
[Abstract]:The central part of China has rich scientific and technological innovation resources and strong innovation ability. Scientific and technological innovation has promoted the development of the central region economy. With the development of the central society and economy, more and more attention is paid to the importance of scientific and technological innovation, the investment in science and technology has been increased, and the innovation of science and technology has been made great. According to the evaluation index of scientific and technological innovation, the achievements of scientific and technological innovation in the middle part of China are analyzed by means of total index, relative index and grey correlation, and the differences are compared with the eastern scientific and technological innovation performance. Although the total index of the input and output of the central science and technology innovation is very large with the East, some relative indexes are still excellent. In the middle of science and technology innovation, we should adhere to the confidence of scientific and technological innovation, establish a diversified investment in scientific and technological innovation, draw on the advanced experience of scientific innovation in the eastern part of the East, give full play to the advantages of the central scientific and technological resources, implement the cooperative innovation of the central science and technology, and explore the scientific performance evaluation method of science and technology.
