【摘要】：黨的十八大報告首次把大力推進生態(tài)文明建設獨立成章，保護自然、順應自然和尊重自然的生態(tài)文明理念也被提了出來。在建設政治、經(jīng)濟、文化和社會主義和諧社會的過程中，將建設生態(tài)文明擺在首位。這對于我們煤炭行業(yè)企業(yè)來說，在低碳經(jīng)濟環(huán)境下，煤炭行業(yè)如何實現(xiàn)循環(huán)發(fā)展、低碳發(fā)展，成為擺在煤炭行業(yè)發(fā)展的首要問題。 本文通過對煤炭行業(yè)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的深入研究，，立足于提高我國煤炭行業(yè)循環(huán)發(fā)展的目的，對比分析國內(nèi)外煤炭行業(yè)循環(huán)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，分析研究同煤集團循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對策，旨在總結經(jīng)驗，在低碳發(fā)展的基礎上，構建我國煤炭行業(yè)發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的產(chǎn)業(yè)體系，并以理論研究、調(diào)查分析、綜合評價法進行論證，為我國煤炭行業(yè)發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟提供事實、理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the process of building a political , economic , cultural and socialist harmonious society , the Party ' s 18 th report has been raised . In the process of building a political , economic , cultural and socialist harmonious society , the construction of ecological civilization is the first . In the low - carbon economic environment , the coal industry can realize circular development and low - carbon development in the low - carbon economy environment , thus becoming the primary problem in the development of coal industry .

Based on the study of the present situation of circular economy development in coal industry , this paper aims at improving the circulation development of coal industry in China , and analyzes the current situation of circular economy of coal industry at home and abroad , analyzes and studies the development countermeasures of circular economy in China and abroad , and aims at summing up the experiences . On the basis of low carbon development , the paper constructs the industrial system of the development cycle economy of China ' s coal industry , and proves the theory research , investigation and analysis and comprehensive evaluation method to provide the facts and theoretical basis for the development of circular economy in China ' s coal industry .
