【摘要】：隨著全球化的不斷深化,國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作以及區(qū)域性經(jīng)濟(jì)合作,已然成為歷史發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作促進(jìn)了國(guó)與國(guó)之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系,增進(jìn)了相互間的依賴和影響,使區(qū)域性國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作體不斷增加,有利地推動(dòng)了世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。然而,并不是所有具有地緣關(guān)系的主體國(guó)都能夠形成經(jīng)濟(jì)合作體,因此,探究國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作體的形成機(jī)理和演化趨勢(shì),對(duì)推動(dòng)區(qū)域性國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作和中國(guó)參與策略的制定具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 區(qū)域性國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作體的形成和持續(xù)發(fā)展,受到很多因素的影響,然而合作主體意愿趨同是合作形成與持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要前提。因此,研究國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作意愿的變化規(guī)律,探討合作雙方彼此的意愿趨同(趨近)的條件和路徑,有益于揭示國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作體形成機(jī)理。 國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作主體國(guó)的合作意愿趨同(趨近)是由其初始合作意愿(固有合作偏好)和主體國(guó)之間互動(dòng)作用的共同影響決定的,并呈現(xiàn)出系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)特征。因此,本文引用了Gabbay模型,在解析了國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作意愿特征的基礎(chǔ)上,描述合作意愿演化的基本軌跡和取向。線性狀態(tài)下,合作意愿演化結(jié)果是單一穩(wěn)態(tài)的,如果合作體中主體間初始意愿是均衡差異,就會(huì)存在一種達(dá)到一致的情形,而這種差異是兩者間的最大意愿分歧,那么就會(huì)存在要么有一個(gè)接受范圍,要么完全沒有；而非線性狀態(tài)下,合作意愿演化則出現(xiàn)雙穩(wěn)定狀態(tài),合作意愿演化Gabbay模型的初始合作意愿小于臨界點(diǎn)時(shí),系統(tǒng)有唯一的均衡值,初始合作意愿大于臨界點(diǎn)時(shí),兩個(gè)主體國(guó)的合作意愿均衡值可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)兩次突變。上述分析對(duì)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的形成與可持續(xù)的研究提供了定性分析的手段,但是,Gabbay模型在國(guó)際合作意愿演化的分析中也存在局限性。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of globalization, international economic cooperation and regional economic cooperation have become an inevitable trend of historical development. International economic cooperation has promoted economic ties between countries, increased mutual dependence and influence, increased regional international economic cooperation and promoted the development of the world economy. However, not all the main countries with geographical relations are able to form economic cooperation, therefore, to explore the formation mechanism and evolution trend of international economic cooperation, It is of great practical significance to promote regional international economic cooperation and the formulation of China's participation strategy. The formation and sustainable development of regional international economic cooperation are affected by many factors. However, the convergence of cooperation will is an important prerequisite for the formation and sustainable development of cooperation. Therefore, to study the changing law of the will of international economic cooperation, and to explore the conditions and paths of convergence (convergence) of the will of the two parties to the cooperation, It is beneficial to reveal the formation mechanism of international economic cooperation. The convergence (convergence) of the cooperation will of the main countries of international economic cooperation is determined by the joint influence of their initial cooperation will (inherent cooperation preference) and the interaction between the host countries. It also shows the characteristics of system dynamics. Therefore, the Gabbay model is used to describe the basic trajectory and orientation of the evolution of the willingness to cooperate on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the willingness of international economic cooperation. In the linear state, the result of cooperative will evolution is single steady state. If the initial intention of the cooperation body is equilibrium difference, there will be a consistent situation, and this difference is the biggest will difference between the two. Then there will be either a range of acceptance or none at all, while in the nonlinear state, the evolution of cooperative willingness will be in a double stable state, and when the initial willingness to cooperate in the Gabbay model of cooperative will evolution is less than the critical point, There is a unique equilibrium value in the system. When the initial willingness to cooperate is greater than the critical point, the equilibrium value of the cooperation will of the two main countries may have two abrupt changes. The above analysis provides a qualitative analysis method for the formation and sustainability of international economic cooperation, but the Gabbay model has its limitations in the analysis of the evolution of international cooperation willingness.
