河南省現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系構(gòu)建及Malmquist指數(shù)分析

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系的構(gòu)建是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展到一定階段客觀要求,構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系有利于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,有利于經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、環(huán)境的和諧發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)全面構(gòu)建小康社會(huì)的目標(biāo)。河南省在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中由于區(qū)域要素稟賦、經(jīng)濟(jì)開放程度和市場(chǎng)化程度的局限,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)出低度化、內(nèi)源化的特征。要素瓶頸制約也進(jìn)入了凸顯期,環(huán)境容量趨于飽和,能源、土地等約束條件日趨緊縮,以粗放型發(fā)展、數(shù)量型擴(kuò)張為特征的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式難以繼續(xù),河南省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的亟需調(diào)整,構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系迫在眉睫。本文結(jié)合河南省省情,運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法,對(duì)三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行選擇,以構(gòu)建河南省現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系三維模型,并運(yùn)用Malmquist指數(shù)對(duì)現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系進(jìn)行全要素生產(chǎn)率分析,分析結(jié)果作為河南省現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系的優(yōu)化依據(jù),以期加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整步伐。 本文對(duì)河南省三次產(chǎn)業(yè)比重和比較勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明與全國(guó)平均水平相比,依然存在差距。本文以三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇為切入點(diǎn),運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法,對(duì)各產(chǎn)業(yè)與總增加值的相關(guān)聯(lián)程度以及變化趨勢(shì)為分析對(duì)象,確定三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。根據(jù)已確定的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),構(gòu)建河南省現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系三維模型:現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)—工業(yè)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)—現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè),并對(duì)模型的運(yùn)行機(jī)理加以闡釋。 全要素生產(chǎn)率的增長(zhǎng)率常被視為科技進(jìn)步的指標(biāo),反映的是技術(shù)進(jìn)步對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展作用的影響程度,本文運(yùn)用Malmquist指數(shù)對(duì)工業(yè)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)進(jìn)行綜合效率分析,測(cè)算出了綜合效率、技術(shù)進(jìn)步效率、純技術(shù)進(jìn)步效率、規(guī)模效率變化和全要素生產(chǎn)率變化。以此作為現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化調(diào)整的依據(jù),根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,對(duì)各產(chǎn)業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,提出有針對(duì)性的政策及建議,為政府制定產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策、確定產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、制定區(qū)域發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The construction of the modern industrial system is the objective requirement of the economic development to a certain stage. The construction of the modern industrial system is conducive to the transformation of the mode of economic development, the promotion of sustainable economic development, and the harmonious development of the economy, society and environment. To achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. In the process of economic development, due to the limitations of regional factor endowment, economic openness and marketization, the industrial structure of Henan Province presents the characteristics of low degree and endogenous. Factor bottleneck constraints have also entered a prominent period, environmental capacity tends to saturation, energy, land and other constraints are increasingly tight, with extensive development, quantitative expansion as the characteristics of economic growth is difficult to continue. It is urgent to adjust the industrial structure of Henan Province, and it is urgent to construct a modern industrial system. Based on the situation of Henan Province, this paper selects the leading industries of three industries by using the grey relational analysis method, in order to construct the three-dimensional model of the modern industrial system of Henan Province, and use Malmquist index to analyze the total factor productivity of the modern industrial system. The results are taken as the basis for the optimization of the modern industrial system in Henan Province in order to speed up the adjustment of the industrial structure. This paper analyzes the proportion of three industries and the comparative labor productivity in Henan Province. The results show that compared with the national average, There is still a gap. This paper takes the choice of leading industries of three industries as the starting point and uses the method of grey correlation analysis to determine the leading industries of the three industries by analyzing the correlation degree and the changing trend of each industry with the total added value. According to the established leading industries, the three-dimensional model of Henan modern industrial system is constructed: modern agriculture, industrial leading industry and modern service industry. The growth rate of total factor productivity (TFP) is often regarded as an indicator of scientific and technological progress, which reflects the influence of technological progress on economic development. In this paper, Malmquist index is used to analyze the comprehensive efficiency of industrial leading industry and modern service industry, and the comprehensive efficiency, technological progress efficiency, pure technological progress efficiency, scale efficiency change and total factor productivity change are calculated. As the basis for the optimization and adjustment of the modern industrial system, and according to the evaluation results, the paper puts forward targeted policies and suggestions for the further development of various industries, so as to formulate industrial development policies for the government and determine the industrial layout. Make regional development plan to provide scientific basis.
