【摘要】：正十二五"時期,浙江深化科技體制改革,做強(qiáng)科技創(chuàng)新平臺,完善以企業(yè)為主體、市場為導(dǎo)向、產(chǎn)學(xué)研用相結(jié)合的創(chuàng)新體系,推進(jìn)科技成果加速轉(zhuǎn)移轉(zhuǎn)化,以創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動替代要素驅(qū)動漸成浙江發(fā)展的主動力。"十二五"期間,浙江深化科技體制改革,做強(qiáng)科技創(chuàng)新平臺,完善以企業(yè)為主體、市場為導(dǎo)向、產(chǎn)學(xué)研用相結(jié)合的創(chuàng)新體系,推進(jìn)科技成果加速轉(zhuǎn)移轉(zhuǎn)化,以創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動替代要素驅(qū)動漸成浙江發(fā)展的主動力。
[Abstract]:During the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, Zhejiang deepened the reform of the science and technology system, strengthened the scientific and technological innovation platform, improved the innovation system with the enterprise as the main body, the market as the guide, and the combination of production, learning and research, and promoted the accelerated transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. With innovation drive substitute element drive gradually become Zhejiang main motive force of development. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, Zhejiang deepened the reform of the science and technology system, strengthened the platform for scientific and technological innovation, improved the innovation system with the enterprise as the main body, the market as the guide, the combination of production, learning and research, and promoted the accelerated transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The main motive force of Zhejiang's development is to drive by innovation and substitute factors.
