【摘要】：正習(xí)近平總書記深刻指出,"沒有思想就沒有靈魂,沒有理念就沒有方向"。黨的十八屆五中全會(huì)最突出的亮點(diǎn),就是鮮明地提出了"創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享"的發(fā)展理念,這五大發(fā)展理念是"十三五"乃至更長時(shí)期我國發(fā)展思路、發(fā)展方向、發(fā)展著力點(diǎn)的集中體現(xiàn),是實(shí)現(xiàn)"十三五"目標(biāo)的靈魂和主線,樹立和落實(shí)好五大發(fā)展理念,是關(guān)系我國發(fā)展全局的一場深刻變革。五大發(fā)展理念體現(xiàn)對經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展規(guī)律的新認(rèn)知,是關(guān)于發(fā)展的一次深刻思想解放
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping said, "without ideas, there is no soul, without ideas, there is no direction." The most prominent highlight of the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is the development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing", which is the thinking and direction of our country's development in the 13th Five-Year Plan and beyond. The concentrated embodiment of the development focus is the soul and main line of realizing the "13th Five-Year Plan" goal, and the establishment and implementation of the five development concepts is a profound change related to the overall development of our country. The five development concepts embody a new cognition of the law of economic and social development, and are a profound emancipation of thought about development.
