文章摘要：筆者應(yīng)用偏離-份額法（SSA）將要素重置效率從生產(chǎn)率中分解出來，實(shí)證研究了1978年～2008年中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷過程中要素重置對(duì)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上，，利用分行業(yè)隨機(jī)前沿生產(chǎn)函數(shù)，分別對(duì)1990年～2008年中國第二產(chǎn)業(yè)和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)變遷的要素配置效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷帶來的要素重置效應(yīng)推動(dòng)了中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長，它對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)隨時(shí)間的變動(dòng)呈現(xiàn)出三階段的變化趨勢；在第二產(chǎn)業(yè)和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)變遷過程中，輕工業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)增長的要素重置效應(yīng)更為明顯。

Abstr：The authors disassemble factor reallocation efficiency from productivity with the method of shift share analysis and make an empirical study of the contribution of factor reallocation to China＇ s economic growth in the process of China＇ s industrial structure change from 1978 to 2008. On this basis, using the stochastic frontier production function respectively, the authors make an empirical analysis of the factor reallocation effect of the internal structure change in China＇s secondary industry and tertiary industry from 1990 to 2008. The findings show that the factor reallocation effect brought about by industrial structure change has promoted China＇ s economic growth, and its contribution to economic growth shows three stages of trend with the change in time ; in the process of the internal structure change in the secondary industry and tertiary industry, the factor reallocation effect on the growth of light industry and service industry is more obvious.
