【摘要】：本文利用中國健康與營養(yǎng)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),從生命周期的視角對與收入相關的健康不平等的年齡特征和變動進行了基于組群分析的實證研究。研究結果表明:與收入相關的健康不平等隨著年齡的增長不斷擴大;不同年齡段的健康不平等均呈現(xiàn)不斷擴大的變動趨勢,45歲以上人群的變動幅度要相對大于45歲以下人群;教育、收入和醫(yī)療的不平等是與收入相關的健康不平等擴大的主要原因,但是對45歲以下人群健康不平等的影響要大于45歲以上人群;此外,本文還進一步分析了年齡老化對健康不平等變化的影響路徑。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of China Health and Nutrition Survey, this paper makes an empirical study on the age characteristics and changes of income related health inequality from the perspective of life cycle. The results show that the income related health inequality increases with the increase of age, and the health inequality of different age groups shows a trend of increasing. The range of health inequality above 45 years old is relatively larger than that of people under 45 years old. Inequalities in education, income and health care are the main causes of the increase in income-related health inequalities, but the impact on health inequality among people under 45 years of age is greater than for those over 45 years of age; The effects of aging on health inequality were further analyzed.
