【摘要】：縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中占有重要地位，，截至2011年底，全國(guó)縣域內(nèi)人口總數(shù)達(dá)8.85億人，占全國(guó)總?cè)丝诘?5.72%，全國(guó)縣域地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值達(dá)24.14萬(wàn)億元，占全國(guó)GDP的半壁江山，達(dá)到51.4%。在我國(guó)長(zhǎng)久以來(lái)城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)二元結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的亟待解決的問(wèn)題，縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大動(dòng)力。金融是現(xiàn)在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心，在縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的資源配置中起著支配性作用。因此，發(fā)揮好金融的資源配置作用，就會(huì)更好的促進(jìn)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展；縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)得到發(fā)展后，會(huì)有更多的資本充實(shí)到金融市場(chǎng)中，使金融得到發(fā)展。金融發(fā)展與縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展是一個(gè)互動(dòng)作用機(jī)理的過(guò)程�？h域經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展實(shí)際上就是打破城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)二元結(jié)構(gòu)的良好途徑。 文章首先對(duì)前人關(guān)于縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和金融發(fā)展的研究成果和理論做了歸納，然后結(jié)合我國(guó)現(xiàn)實(shí)情況具體分析了縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)和金融的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)、缺陷以及作用機(jī)理。探討了縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融的相互促進(jìn)關(guān)系，然后選取了分別位于山東東部、中部、西部的三個(gè)典型縣作為案例，得出了縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的差異性不單表現(xiàn)在城鄉(xiāng)二元經(jīng)濟(jì)差異，也表現(xiàn)在縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)體自身存在差異的觀點(diǎn)。同時(shí)，歸納出了金融對(duì)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)有促進(jìn)作用，縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)金融具有反饋?zhàn)饔玫幕窘Y(jié)論。最后結(jié)合我國(guó)的具體情況，提出了協(xié)調(diào)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)和金融發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:County economy plays an important role in the development of national economy. By the end of 2011, the total population of county area in China reached 885 million people, accounting for 65.72% of the total population of the whole country. The gross domestic product of county area reached 24.14 trillion yuan, accounting for half of the national GDP, reaching 51.4%. For a long time, the dual structure of urban and rural economy has become an urgent problem to be solved in China's economic development, and a powerful driving force for the development of county economy. Finance is the core of the present market economy and plays a dominant role in the allocation of resources in the county economy. Therefore, to play a good role in the allocation of financial resources, it will better promote the development of county economy; after the development of county economy, there will be more capital to enrich the financial market, so that finance can be developed. The development of finance and county economy is an interactive process. The coordinated development of county economy and finance is actually a good way to break the dual structure of urban and rural economy. This paper first summarizes the research results and theories of county economy and financial development, and then analyzes the present situation, characteristics, defects and mechanism of county economy and finance in combination with the reality of our country. This paper probes into the mutual promoting relationship between county economy and finance, then selects three typical counties located in the east, middle and west of Shandong as cases, and concludes that the difference of county economy is not only reflected in the difference of urban and rural dual economy. Also expressed in the county economy own existence difference viewpoint. At the same time, the paper concludes that finance can promote county economy and county economy has feedback effect on finance. Finally, according to the concrete situation of our country, it puts forward some policy suggestions to coordinate the development of county economy and finance.
