【摘要】：轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式、加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、大力發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟是中國實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和環(huán)境保護雙贏的必然選擇。由于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動和低碳產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展在很大程度上影響二氧化碳排放量,從而對低碳目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)和低碳經(jīng)濟發(fā)展產(chǎn)生較大影響。本文基于中國1989-2008年的相關(guān)時間序列數(shù)據(jù),建立了我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整對二氧化碳排放量影響的線性回歸模型對中國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和低碳經(jīng)濟目標(biāo)的關(guān)系進行實證分析,結(jié)果表明:產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)類型直接影響二氧化碳排放量,即第二產(chǎn)業(yè)與碳排放量呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān),而第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展能夠降低碳排放量。發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟,要轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式,加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,大力發(fā)展第三產(chǎn)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:It is an inevitable choice for China to realize the win-win situation of economic development and environmental protection by changing the mode of economic development, speeding up the adjustment of industrial structure and vigorously developing low-carbon economy. The change of industrial structure and the development of low-carbon industry have a great impact on the realization of low-carbon target and the development of low-carbon economy. Based on the relevant time series data of China from 1989 to 2008, this paper establishes a linear regression model of the effect of industrial structure adjustment on carbon dioxide emissions in China, and makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between industrial structure adjustment and low-carbon economic objectives in China. The results show that the type of industrial structure directly affects the carbon dioxide emissions, that is, the secondary industry is positively correlated with the carbon emissions, while the development of the tertiary industry can reduce the carbon emissions. To develop low-carbon economy, we should change the mode of economic development, speed up the adjustment of industrial structure, and vigorously develop the tertiary industry.
