【摘要】：以2008-2012年專利權(quán)質(zhì)押合同登記相關(guān)信息為依據(jù),分析了我國專利權(quán)質(zhì)押區(qū)域分布現(xiàn)狀,并從區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新環(huán)境的角度,運用多元層次回歸分析法研究了我國東中西部專利權(quán)質(zhì)押區(qū)域分布差異的原因。結(jié)果顯示,企業(yè)專利申請數(shù)量、地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平和政府相關(guān)科技政策落實情況對區(qū)域企業(yè)專利權(quán)質(zhì)押數(shù)量有一定影響,企業(yè)科技活動以及相關(guān)科技投入產(chǎn)出與專利權(quán)質(zhì)押呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,并且東中西部地區(qū)各個區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新環(huán)境影響因素對專利權(quán)質(zhì)押數(shù)量分布影響程度有所不同。
[Abstract]:Based on the relevant information about the registration of patent pledge contract from 2008 to 2012, this paper analyzes the regional distribution of patent pledge in China, and from the angle of regional innovation environment of science and technology, The reason of the regional distribution difference of patent rights pledge in east, west and west of China is studied by using multivariate hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that the number of patent applications, the level of regional economic development and the implementation of relevant government science and technology policies have a certain impact on the number of patent pledge of regional enterprises. There is a negative correlation between enterprise science and technology activities and related input and output of science and technology and patent pledge, and the influence degree of the environmental factors of scientific and technological innovation on the distribution of patent pledge quantity is different in different regions of East, West and West China.
