【摘要】：在新形勢下，統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線如何更好地為經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)服務(wù)，是一個(gè)需要在實(shí)踐發(fā)展中不斷研究探討并做出理論回答和概括的重大課題。該文結(jié)合遼寧省的具體情況對(duì)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變進(jìn)行新的思考和研究，對(duì)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變找出解決問題的思路和對(duì)策。首先從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的著力點(diǎn)入手，從而找出阻礙經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的原因。通過探尋統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線服務(wù)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的有效途徑和特點(diǎn)，要組織各階層的力量發(fā)揮統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線提供力量支持的優(yōu)勢，增強(qiáng)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線參政議政的積極性，積極的建言獻(xiàn)策；要爭取港澳臺(tái)的海外力量，為促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變引資納智，充分發(fā)揮好統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線提供智力和凝聚人心的優(yōu)勢。在遼寧省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的過程中，要能夠充分發(fā)揮統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線本身所具有的這些功能和優(yōu)勢，取長補(bǔ)短，更好地服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)，在加快經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變上下功夫見成效。 此文從三部分分析統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線如何服務(wù)于遼寧的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變。筆者從制約遼寧省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的因素進(jìn)行分析。遼寧省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展情況雖然有所好轉(zhuǎn)，但仍存在著產(chǎn)業(yè)、科技、人力資源等方面的瓶頸因素。其次，筆者提出了統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變中所具有的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢以及統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)要面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。要充分發(fā)揮統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線能夠凝聚力量、智力和人心的優(yōu)勢促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式更好的轉(zhuǎn)變。最后筆者提出關(guān)于統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的思路和方式，要積極的開展專題調(diào)研、建言獻(xiàn)策，推動(dòng)非公有制企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，開展光彩事業(yè)，創(chuàng)新統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線服務(wù)科學(xué)發(fā)展的新途徑、新模式。還要積極利用統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線集中民智的優(yōu)勢，，為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變提供全方位的服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation, how to better serve the economic construction of the United front is an important subject which needs to be studied and discussed constantly in practice development, and the theoretical answers and generalizations should be made. Based on the specific situation of Liaoning Province, this paper makes a new thinking and study on the transformation of the development mode of the United front service economy, and finds out the ideas and countermeasures to solve the problems in the transformation of the United front service economy development mode. First of all, from the point of view of the transformation of economic development mode, we find out the reasons that hinder the transformation of economic development mode. By exploring the effective ways and characteristics of changing the mode of development of United front service, it is necessary to organize the strength of all strata to give full play to the advantages of the United front in providing strength support, to strengthen the enthusiasm of the United front in participating in government and to discuss politics, and to make positive suggestions and suggestions; It is necessary to strive for the overseas forces of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, to promote economic development, to change the mode of economic development, to attract investment and wisdom, and to give full play to the superiority of the United front in providing intelligence and rallying people's minds. In the process of changing the mode of economic development in Liaoning Province, we should be able to give full play to these functions and advantages of the United front itself, learn from each other's weaknesses, better serve the economy, and make great efforts to achieve results in speeding up the economic transformation. This article analyzes how the United front serves the transformation of Liaoning's economic development from three parts. The author analyzes the factors restricting the change of economic development mode in Liaoning Province. Although the economic development of Liaoning Province has improved, there are still some bottleneck factors in industry, science and technology, human resources and so on. Secondly, the author puts forward the unique advantages of the United front in the transformation of economic development mode and the challenges to the United front economy. It is necessary to bring into full play the strength of the United front and the advantages of intelligence and people to promote a better transformation of the mode of economic development. Finally, the author puts forward the ideas and ways to change the way the United front serves the economic development. It is necessary to actively carry out special research, make suggestions, promote the transformation and upgrading of non-public enterprises, and carry out glorious undertakings. Innovation United front serves the new way of scientific development, new model. We should also actively utilize the advantages of the United front to concentrate the wisdom of the people and provide comprehensive services for the transformation of the mode of economic development.
