【摘要】:摘要:廣西地處祖國南疆,瀕臨北部灣,連接東南亞,而北海處于廣西南部,地理位置優(yōu)越,歷史地位突出,是廣西懷抱中的一顆璀璨的明珠。隨著北部灣大開發(fā)熱潮的興起,中國——東盟區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作廣泛而深入的推進,北海也迎來了發(fā)展的春天,面臨著前所未有的發(fā)展機遇。本著“以史為鑒”的原則,本文將以北海騎樓為研究對象,運用比較分析等史學方法,探討北海騎樓的起源,分析其中政府力量的推動作用以及民間力量的推廣功能。北海原是破敗的小漁村,處于粵西南欠發(fā)達地帶,直到同治年間才有些許商業(yè),加之商業(yè)建筑發(fā)展滯后,嚴重制約商業(yè)的縱橫發(fā)展。北海經(jīng)開埠后,西方殖民者在北海興建了一批帶有西方外廊式特色的建筑,同時期,北海地方政府也仿建了一批風格相似的建筑,如北海大清郵局等。此外,北海在開埠前帆船貿(mào)易繁極一時,開埠后更是開通了通往香港、?凇⑿录悠碌鹊氐亩ㄆ谳喆\輸,以此吸納了大批來自廣府及華南各地的商人來投資,加上西南大通道的優(yōu)勢,北海的商業(yè)日趨繁榮。在頻繁的貿(mào)易交往中,北海商業(yè)建筑載體在廣府人的經(jīng)營下,原始的商業(yè)坊式房逐漸退出北海歷史舞臺,取而代之的則是更加方便的商住一體化的騎樓建筑。 本文認為,在商品經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的過程中,隨著各地商賈名士的交往增多,而地區(qū)之間的文化差異以及對商業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)模的要求的不同,對騎樓的建筑要求也產(chǎn)生了不同的風格,北海騎樓在歷史的發(fā)展過程中,經(jīng)歷了從無到有、從有到盛、從盛到衰、從衰到興四個階段。在這幾個階段中,騎樓始終保持著與北海社會通步的變化趨向。與此同時,由于歷史各異、人文環(huán)境等原因的不同,各地騎樓在相似中帶有相異,具有獨特的地方特色。對此本文將從五個區(qū)域(桂東、桂南、桂西、桂北、桂中)對廣西的騎樓建筑分布展開論述,以探析北海騎樓與上述區(qū)域騎樓地區(qū)差異性及其原因。 騎樓作為商人進行貿(mào)易的物質載體,是隨著商品貿(mào)易繁榮而發(fā)展起來的。騎樓的建造有利于改善商業(yè)經(jīng)營環(huán)境、城市市容環(huán)境以及商人的居住環(huán)境,大大降低了外來商賈的經(jīng)營成本,對北海的商業(yè)發(fā)展做出了突出的貢獻。在促進商業(yè)繁榮的同時,也帶動了北海與周邊城鎮(zhèn)的經(jīng)濟交往,從這個角度來說,騎樓不僅是一種建筑符號,更是一種商業(yè)交往的名片。以商業(yè)騎樓為依托,廣大的外來商賈、商幫在投資、經(jīng)商的過程中,無形中就構建了帶有他們特色的商業(yè)貿(mào)易建筑網(wǎng)絡——騎樓群。擴大了本地區(qū)與外圍地區(qū)的商業(yè)交流,形成了一個新興的極富活力的騎樓商業(yè)建筑市場,開發(fā)落后地區(qū)的商業(yè)環(huán)境,久而久之就會成為地方性的大市場、貨物集散中心。 騎樓的空間分布與市鎮(zhèn)的空間分布相輔相成。騎樓雖然作為一種建筑實體,但它同樣承載著某個城市的文化、金融、政治、教育等要素的,它深刻影響著城市的市容、文化特色建構、社會變遷、經(jīng)濟變遷等方面,是城市近代化不可或缺的催化劑及必要容器。隨著騎樓——騎樓街——騎樓城的發(fā)展模式向周圍城鎮(zhèn)村的深入擴散,不可避免的是鄉(xiāng)村的城鎮(zhèn)化進程加快,鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)村商業(yè)大力發(fā)展,城鄉(xiāng)格局發(fā)生巨大變化,這種潛移默化的推進,將鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)村的經(jīng)濟納入城市發(fā)展的體系中來,從而形成聯(lián)系密切的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟城。對此,本文將從北海騎樓商業(yè)經(jīng)濟與粵西南、桂南地區(qū)商業(yè)貿(mào)易往來情況方面著手進行分析研究。 本文以北海騎樓為切入點,立于十九世紀八十年代末北海開埠、二十世紀二十年代騎樓建造興盛的背景,以北海騎樓的興起——繁盛——沒落——興盛為主線,研究北海騎樓在興起的過程中商品經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展與周邊區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的聯(lián)系,從而為當今區(qū)域經(jīng)濟建設提供有益的歷史參考。
[Abstract]:Abstract: Guangxi is located in the South Xinjiang of the motherland, on the brink of the Beibu Gulf, connecting Southeast Asia, and Beihai in the southern part of Guangxi. The geographical position is superior and the historic position is outstanding. It is a bright pearl in the arms of Guangxi. With the rise of the great development of the Beibu Gulf, the economic cooperation between China and ASEAN has been promoted extensively and deeply, and Beihai also ushered in the development of Guangxi. The spring of the exhibition is facing unprecedented opportunities for development. In line with the principle of "taking history as a mirror", this article will take the Beihai arcade as the research object, use comparative analysis and other historical methods, discuss the origin of Beihai's riding tower, analyze the promotion function of the government power and the popularization function of the folk power. Beihai is a broken small fishing village, in Guangdong Province. In the less developed regions of the southwest, it was not until the same time that the commercial building was lagging behind in Tongzhi, and the development of commercial buildings was lagging behind. After the opening of Beihai, western colonists built a number of buildings with Western Corridor features in Beihai. At the same time, the Beihai local government also built a batch of similar style buildings, such as Beihai. In addition, in Beihai, the trade in sailing ships was very complicated before the opening of the port. After opening the port, it opened the regular steamship to Hongkong, Haikou, Singapore and other places. As a result, a large number of businessmen from Guangfu and Southern China were invested, and the advantages of the Southwest channel, the prosperity of Beihai's business, and the frequent trade exchanges, Under the operation of the Beihai commercial building carrier, the original commercial building houses gradually withdrew from the historical stage of Beihai. Instead, they were more convenient for the integration of commercial and residential buildings.
This article holds that, in the course of the development of commodity economy, with the increasing exchanges between famous merchants and merchants, cultural differences between regions and the different requirements for the scale of commercial development, the requirements for the building of the building are also different. In the course of historical development, Beihai's Arcade has experienced from nothing to prosperity, from prosperity to prosperity. At the same time, in these four stages, the riding building has always maintained a changing trend with the Beihai society. The development of the commercial environment in the backward areas will become the big local market and the distribution center of goods for a long time.
The spatial distribution of the riding building is complementary to the spatial distribution of the town. Although the riding building is a building entity, it also bears the cultural, financial, political and educational elements of a city. It profoundly affects the city's city, cultural characteristics, social changes, economic changes and so on, which is an indispensable catalyst for the modernization of the city. Taking the Beihai arcade as a breakthrough point, this article is based on the beginning of the 1880s Beihai opening and the prosperity of the building in 1920s, and the connection between the development of the commodity economy and the development of the surrounding regional economic development in the process of the rise of the Beihai building, taking the rise of the Beihai arcade as the main line. So as to provide a useful historical reference for today's regional economic construction.
