【摘要】：近年來(lái)，地處黃土高原腹地的陜北地區(qū)憑借自身豐厚的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)，在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中取得了巨大的成就。同時(shí)在國(guó)家政策的指引以及地方政府的主導(dǎo)下，陜北地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)一體化也取得了一定的成就。當(dāng)然，也要看到陜北地區(qū)在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中存在的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展滯后、農(nóng)民收入和消費(fèi)水平低等問題。 本文對(duì)陜北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究分析并總結(jié)指出該地區(qū)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)，希望能為陜北地區(qū)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生積極影響。本文認(rèn)為，陜北地區(qū)應(yīng)該積極延展城鄉(xiāng)兩個(gè)地域空間、拓寬現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條，構(gòu)建一套協(xié)調(diào)的產(chǎn)業(yè)體系，進(jìn)而縮小城鄉(xiāng)差別、整合城鄉(xiāng)優(yōu)勢(shì)、緩和城鄉(xiāng)對(duì)立，實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域內(nèi)的產(chǎn)業(yè)互動(dòng)與空間共融，緩解城鄉(xiāng)之間的二元矛盾，最終達(dá)到縮小城鄉(xiāng)之間差異的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, northern Shaanxi, located in the hinterland of the Loess Plateau, has made great achievements in economic development by virtue of its rich resource advantages. At the same time, under the guidance of national policy and local government, the integration of urban and rural areas has made some achievements. Of course, we should also see that the industrial structure is unreasonable, the agricultural development lags behind, and the peasants' income and consumption level are low in the social and economic development of northern Shaanxi. This paper studies and analyzes the present situation of economic and social development in northern Shaanxi and points out the advantages and disadvantages of social and economic development in this region, hoping to have a positive impact on the development of northern Shaanxi. This paper holds that Northern Shaanxi should actively extend the urban and rural areas, broaden the existing industrial chain, construct a coordinated industrial system, and then narrow the urban-rural differences, integrate the advantages of urban and rural areas, and ease the urban-rural antagonism. Realize the regional industrial interaction and spatial integration, alleviate the dual contradiction between urban and rural areas, and finally achieve the purpose of narrowing the differences between urban and rural areas.
