【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差異是全世界各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中普遍存在的問(wèn)題，一直受到各國(guó)政府和學(xué)術(shù)界的關(guān)注。區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展正常運(yùn)行的結(jié)果，它的存在和擴(kuò)大，會(huì)影響一個(gè)地區(qū)、甚至整個(gè)國(guó)家的安定團(tuán)結(jié)。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了迅速發(fā)展，綜合國(guó)力有了明顯提升。但是由于國(guó)家實(shí)施區(qū)域不平衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，導(dǎo)致我國(guó)東、中、西部地區(qū)的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差異日趨顯現(xiàn)，出現(xiàn)了“中部塌陷”的重大問(wèn)題，2012年國(guó)務(wù)院正式批復(fù)中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃，以河南為主體的中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)正式成為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略，以此帶動(dòng)中部地區(qū)的發(fā)展，，實(shí)現(xiàn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。 文章結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論研究，以2000 2010年11年間中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的人均GDP為測(cè)度指標(biāo)，運(yùn)用極差、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差為代表的絕對(duì)差異以及極比和變異系數(shù)為代表的相對(duì)差異兩種測(cè)度方法對(duì)中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展差異變化的時(shí)間特征進(jìn)行研究分析，得出11年間絕對(duì)差異呈連續(xù)擴(kuò)大趨勢(shì)，相對(duì)差異呈現(xiàn)波動(dòng)變化趨勢(shì)；運(yùn)用GIS技術(shù)與空間統(tǒng)計(jì)分析相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)2000 2010年間中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)各縣市人均GDP的空間格局及其動(dòng)態(tài)演進(jìn)行了ESDA全局和局部空間自相關(guān)分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)空間差異形成的原因，并以此提出了縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的相關(guān)對(duì)策。 本文分七個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章介紹了論文的研究背景和意義，國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外相關(guān)研究動(dòng)態(tài)以及研究方法、內(nèi)容和研究思路；第二章介紹了縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的理論研究；第三章為中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的時(shí)間特證分析；第四章是對(duì)中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異空間特征進(jìn)行了分析，并得出相關(guān)結(jié)論；第五章進(jìn)行了中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)空間差異的成因分析；第六章提出了中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議；第七章是結(jié)論和研究展望。
[Abstract]:The difference of regional economic development is a common problem in the process of economic development all over the world, which has been concerned by governments and academic circles all over the world. Regional economic difference is the result of normal operation of economic development. Its existence and expansion will affect the stability and unity of a region or even the whole country. Since the reform and opening up, China's national economy has been rapid development, comprehensive national strength has improved significantly. However, as a result of the implementation of the regional unbalanced development strategy by the state, the differences in regional economic development in the eastern, central and western regions of China have become increasingly apparent, resulting in a major problem of "central collapse". In 2012, the State Council formally approved the Central Plains Economic Zone Development Plan. The Central Plains Economic Zone, with Henan as the main body, has become a national strategy to promote the development of the central region and to realize the sustained and coordinated development of the regional economy. Based on the relevant theoretical research on the development of county economy at home and abroad, this paper takes the per capita GDP of the Central Plains Economic Zone from 2000 to 2010 as the measure index, and applies the extremely poor. In this paper, the time characteristics of the difference in the development of county economy in the Central Plains Economic Zone are studied and analyzed by two measurement methods, the absolute difference represented by the standard deviation and the relative difference represented by the polar ratio and the coefficient of variation. It is concluded that the absolute difference shows a continuous expansion trend during the past 11 years, and the relative difference shows a fluctuating trend. Using the method of combining GIS technology with spatial statistical analysis, the spatial pattern and dynamic modeling of GDP per capita in counties and cities in Central Plains Economic Zone from 2000 to 2010 were analyzed by ESDA global and local spatial autocorrelation analysis. On this basis, this paper probes into the causes of the spatial difference of the county economy in the Central Plains Economic Zone, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures for the coordinated development of the county economy. This paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance, domestic and foreign related research trends, research methods, content and research ideas, the second chapter introduces the theoretical research on the development of county economy. The third chapter is the time special analysis of the county economic difference in the Central Plains Economic Zone, the fourth chapter analyzes the spatial characteristics of the county economic difference in the Central Plains Economic Zone, and draws the relevant conclusions. The fifth chapter analyzes the causes of the spatial difference of the county economy in the Central Plains Economic Zone; the sixth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the county economy in the Central Plains Economic Zone; the seventh chapter is the conclusion and research prospect.
