【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)文化的不斷進(jìn)步,現(xiàn)代公司逐漸成為當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的推進(jìn)器和發(fā)動機(jī),對促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長發(fā)揮著重要作用。而作為這些現(xiàn)代公司中的姣姣者—上市公司,毋庸置疑在推動經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的過程中處于中流砥柱的地位。 云南省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平較為落后,金融證券化程度低,雖然如此,云南上市公司還是憑借著其在資本市場中的融資功能,不斷加大公司投資規(guī)模,完善公司內(nèi)部治理,取得了長足的發(fā)展,為云南省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長作出了一定的貢獻(xiàn)。但與其他省份上市公司相比之下,云南上市公司整體表現(xiàn)還相差甚遠(yuǎn),規(guī)模小,數(shù)量少,價值創(chuàng)造能力弱等問題尤其突出。本文首先總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于上市公司對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長貢獻(xiàn)的相關(guān)研究成果,其次概述了云南省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的特點(diǎn)以及上市公司的基本情況,然后從上市公司價值創(chuàng)造在云南經(jīng)濟(jì)增長中的整體貢獻(xiàn)以及分行業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)兩個角度出發(fā),分別測算其創(chuàng)造值,最后根據(jù)具體的測算結(jié)果對上市公司在云南經(jīng)濟(jì)增長中所作出的貢獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行評價。 在具體的研究過程中,本文運(yùn)用EVA核算方法以及計量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)知識,詳細(xì)考察了云南省上市公司近幾年所創(chuàng)造的的經(jīng)濟(jì)價值以及工業(yè)價值。從計算結(jié)果看,上市公司整體價值創(chuàng)造對云南經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)不顯著,但在分行業(yè)討論的視角下,其價值創(chuàng)造對行業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長貢獻(xiàn)較為明顯。這一矛盾就突顯出,作為當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動器,云南省上市公司并未充分發(fā)揮其對經(jīng)濟(jì)的促進(jìn)作用。因此,根據(jù)本文的研究成果,為提高上市公司價值創(chuàng)造對云南省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn),首先要積極培育后備上市公司資源,壯大云南省上市公司的數(shù)量,其次要盡可能發(fā)揮現(xiàn)有上市公司的融資作用,加大資本以及勞動力的投入來提升上市公司的價值創(chuàng)造能力,最后擴(kuò)大上市公司的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度,最大限度發(fā)揮上市公司對云南省經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and culture, modern company has become the propeller and engine of contemporary economic development, which plays an important role in promoting regional economic growth. As one of these modern companies, listed companies are undoubtedly the mainstay of economic growth. Yunnan's economic development level is relatively backward, and the level of financial securitization is low. Nevertheless, Yunnan listed companies continue to increase their investment scale and improve their internal governance by virtue of their financing functions in the capital market. It has made great progress and contributed to the economic growth of Yunnan Province. However, compared with the listed companies in other provinces, the overall performance of Yunnan listed companies is still far away, small scale, small quantity, weak value creation ability and so on. This paper first summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the contribution of listed companies to economic growth, and then summarizes the characteristics of economic growth in Yunnan Province and the basic situation of listed companies. Then, from the perspective of the overall contribution of the value creation of listed companies in Yunnan's economic growth and the contribution of various industries, the creation value of the listed companies is calculated separately. Finally, the contribution of listed companies in Yunnan's economic growth is evaluated according to the specific results. In the specific research process, this paper makes use of EVA accounting method and econometrics related knowledge to investigate in detail the economic value and industrial value created by Yunnan listed companies in recent years. From the result of calculation, the contribution of overall value creation of listed companies to Yunnan's economic growth is not significant, but the contribution of value creation to industry economic growth is obvious from the perspective of sub-industry discussion. This contradiction highlights that, as the driving force of the contemporary economy, the listed companies in Yunnan Province have not given full play to their role in promoting the economy. Therefore, according to the research results of this paper, in order to improve the value of listed companies to create the contribution to the economic growth of Yunnan Province, first of all, we should actively cultivate the resources of backup listed companies, and expand the number of listed companies in Yunnan Province. Secondly, it is necessary to exert the financing function of the existing listed companies as far as possible, increase the input of capital and labor to enhance the value creation ability of listed companies, and finally expand the industrial relevance of listed companies. To maximize the impact of listed companies on the economy of Yunnan Province.
