【摘要】：我國(guó)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)在一定程度上與我國(guó)劃定的貧困連片地區(qū)在空間上基本吻合,是我國(guó)同步實(shí)現(xiàn)小康社會(huì)任務(wù)最艱巨和最繁重的地區(qū),通過(guò)對(duì)貴州集中連片特困地區(qū)的典型調(diào)查,結(jié)合目前已經(jīng)采取的扶貧措施,有針對(duì)性地分析了科學(xué)規(guī)劃、土地資源整合、水利建設(shè)灌溉、文化挖掘與產(chǎn)業(yè)化、教育資源整合、"一事一議"等扶貧措施,為少數(shù)民族集中連片特困地區(qū)因地制宜脫貧致富,加快同步進(jìn)入小康社會(huì)步伐作相應(yīng)的路徑探討。
[Abstract]:To a certain extent, the ethnic minority areas of our country basically coincide with the poverty-stricken areas designated by our country in space, and are the most arduous and arduous areas in our country to synchronously realize the task of a well-off society. Through the typical investigation of the special hardship areas in Guizhou, combined with the poverty alleviation measures that have been taken, the scientific planning, the integration of land resources, water conservancy construction and irrigation, cultural mining and industrialization are analyzed in a targeted way. Education resources integration, "one matter one discussion" and other poverty alleviation measures, for ethnic minorities concentrated in special poverty areas in line with the local conditions to get rich, speed up the pace of entering a well-off society to make a corresponding approach.
