【摘要】：黨的十八大報告指出，推進經(jīng)濟結構戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整是加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的主攻方向，必須以改善需求結構，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結構，促進區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，推進城鎮(zhèn)化為重點，著力解決經(jīng)濟持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的重大結構性問題。區(qū)域主導產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇是實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整優(yōu)化的重要途徑。而青海作為我國重要的水源地和生態(tài)安全屏障，在國家生態(tài)文明建設中具有特殊地位，三江源生態(tài)環(huán)境好壞關系到我國的生態(tài)安全和中華民族的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，保護生態(tài)環(huán)境的責任重大，任務艱巨。因此青海主導產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇必須建立在確保青海區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展的前提下進行，要堅持杜絕高污染、高耗能、對生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生破壞影響和對于資源粗放式、掠奪式開發(fā)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。本文對青海省主導產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇正是建立在可持續(xù)發(fā)展的框架內(nèi)進行的。 本文在闡述了可持續(xù)發(fā)展、主導產(chǎn)業(yè)以及主導產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇的相關理論后，，選取11個經(jīng)濟指標對青海省主導產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇進行模型構建，借助SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計分析軟件，運用主成分分析法對青海省主導產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇進行定量分析，同時對相關產(chǎn)業(yè)進行定性分析，在可持續(xù)發(fā)展的框架內(nèi)確定了青海省應當選擇的主導產(chǎn)業(yè)。該研究不僅對青海省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義，而且對西部其他省區(qū)的發(fā)展同樣具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that promoting strategic readjustment of the economic structure is the main direction of attack in speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development. We must focus on improving the structure of demand, optimizing the industrial structure, promoting regional coordinated development, and promoting urbanization. Efforts will be made to solve the major structural problems of sustained and healthy economic development. The choice of regional leading industry is an important way to realize the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure. Qinghai, as an important water source and ecological security barrier in China, has a special position in the construction of national ecological civilization. The ecological environment of the source of the three rivers is related to the ecological security of our country and the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. The responsibility of protecting the ecological environment is heavy, and the task is arduous. Therefore, the choice of leading industry in Qinghai must be based on the premise of ensuring the sustainable development of Qinghai region. We must persist in eliminating high pollution, high energy consumption, damaging the ecological environment, and developing the industry with extensive and predatory development of resources. The selection of leading industries in Qinghai Province is carried out within the framework of sustainable development. After expounding the relevant theories of sustainable development, leading industry and leading industry selection, this paper selects 11 economic indicators to construct the model of Qinghai leading industry selection, and makes use of SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software. The principal component analysis method is used to analyze quantitatively the choice of leading industries in Qinghai province. At the same time, the qualitative analysis of related industries is carried out to determine the leading industries that should be selected in Qinghai province within the framework of sustainable development. This study is not only of great practical significance to the economic development of Qinghai Province, but also of reference to the development of other provinces and regions in the west of China.
