【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級(jí)和勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)問題一直是中央及各省關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。利用1992~2012年浙江省相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),通過產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)偏離度和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)換速度兩個(gè)指數(shù),分析對(duì)比浙江省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)的協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)其協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系明顯優(yōu)于廣東省和江蘇省。分析對(duì)比浙江省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級(jí)對(duì)勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩者呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,且浙江省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級(jí)對(duì)勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)增長(zhǎng)的影響明顯小于廣東省和江蘇省。一方面,說明浙江省在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與就業(yè)上更具協(xié)調(diào)性;另一方面,說明浙江省產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)進(jìn)程緩慢。
[Abstract]:The adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure and the employment of labor force have always been the focus of attention of the central government and provinces. Based on the statistical data of Zhejiang Province from 1992 to 2012, this paper analyzes and compares the harmonious relationship between industrial structure and labor force employment in Zhejiang Province through two indices, the degree of deviation of industrial structure and the speed of industrial structure adjustment and transformation. It is found that the coordination relationship is obviously superior to that of Guangdong Province and Jiangsu Province. By analyzing and comparing the effects of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading on the employment of labor force in Zhejiang Province, it is found that there is a negative correlation between them, and the impact of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading on the employment growth of labor force in Zhejiang Province is obviously smaller than that in Guangdong Province and Jiangsu Province. On the one hand, it shows that Zhejiang Province is more harmonious in industrial structure and employment; on the other hand, it shows that the process of industrial transformation and upgrading in Zhejiang Province is slow.
