【摘要】：利用2009年"中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)居民經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況與心態(tài)調(diào)查"數(shù)據(jù),本文首次實(shí)證研究健康狀況主觀感受蘊(yùn)含的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息對(duì)家庭消費(fèi)的影響,同時(shí)探討醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)緩解和消費(fèi)促進(jìn)效應(yīng)。發(fā)現(xiàn)的主要結(jié)論如下:戶主自身的健康狀況感受通常對(duì)家庭甚至低收入家庭的消費(fèi)都沒(méi)有顯著負(fù)影響,但老年戶主的健康狀況感受卻是家庭重要的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)來(lái)源;健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)家庭消費(fèi)的影響主要源于除戶主外的健康感受差的成員和老年成員,健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大的家庭人均總消費(fèi)、食品和非食品消費(fèi)均更低,家庭會(huì)通過(guò)調(diào)整非食品消費(fèi)來(lái)穩(wěn)定食品消費(fèi)以應(yīng)對(duì)消費(fèi)的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)效應(yīng);醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)有助于緩解家庭的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn),促進(jìn)家庭消費(fèi),特別是對(duì)于低收入家庭而言。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of "Economic situation and mentality Survey of Chinese Urban residents" in 2009, this paper makes the first empirical study on the impact of health risk information contained in subjective perception of health status on household consumption. At the same time, the health risk mitigation and consumption promotion effect of medical insurance are discussed. The main conclusions are as follows: the health state feeling of the head of household has no significant negative effect on the consumption of the household or even the low-income family, but the health state feeling of the elderly head of household is the important health risk source of the family; The impact of health risk on household consumption was mainly due to poor health perception and elderly members except heads of household. Households with higher health risks had lower per capita total consumption and lower food and non-food consumption. Families stabilize food consumption by adjusting for non-food consumption to cope with the health risk effects of consumption; health insurance helps mitigate health risks and promotes household consumption, especially for low-income families.
